I don't understand how you can remember where to go. The area is HUGE and there are jumps all over the place. I would be lost after the first two jumps.

Many cross country courses are just a huge loop lol. in my opinion they are easier to remember than stadium courses XD

Before the corse they walk around there area and the numbers on the flags help them remember

Ikr! Those ears were so happy, it was so cute. Usually when my OTTB does that, it means he found something terrifying and will spook in a few seconds if I don’t do anything 😂

OTTB stands for Off The Track Thoroughbred - so basically just a TB (thoroughbred) that used to race.

I could hear him starting to tire about halfway through but you encouraged him and he did such a good job!

He is so game and focused. I love getting to run the course from your perspective. I especially enjoy getting to see the cool down, untacking and hose sessions with the cookie chasers. Thank you for taking the time to do them.

You can tell he just loves this his ears are forwards and he’s staying alert and he looks so happy and he’s going at a very nice pace I can also tell he is very experienced with this

To the people who believe horses don’t love their job, watch her pull back a little bit and he tries to yank his head because he wants to do his job! Great Ride!

He’s 16.3h, so he’s a bigger horse!

You do realise that all your event horses are able to count backwards from 10. And that starter is going to fall off the chair when one of them says "thank you" instead of you!!

There is a gentleman on KZread who berates those who treats horses with cruelty, using bits and jumping etc… I absolutely agree that no horse or animal should be treated in such a way but once you set off within five seconds it should be obvious to him that your horse is enjoying every second of that round. I love the confidence this rider has in her horse, and the confidence that this horse has in his rider, it’s amazing because not all riders make a good connection with their horses like you do, you were riding smoothly the whole time, and the horse had a smooth gallop as well, it’s like you two were communicating with each other to make the perfect rhythm, great job!
