The challenge was Bobbys fault hands down. Everyone on red and blue picked ingredients they were happy with. Last second Bobbys like I don't want the veil and threw it to Louross. This is ridiculous. Jen talks the talk but can't walk the walk. She needs to get the Cotten out of her eyes and see the big picture

IDK why the team is all mad at Louross. They need to be mad at Bobby. Bobby picked the veal to go on his dish and then decides all of a sudeen that he's not going to use it and Jen tries to force Louross to put it on his dish. They should have told Bobby to put it in his dish since he's the one that picked it. Jen could have slapped that veal on her dish since she's so adamant that the veal needs to be placed on a dish. Glad Louross told the truth and wasn't going to get bullied by Jen. Jen is a fucking liar, it wasn't Louross' idea to do a surf n turf at all. If only Ramsay knew the real truth he probably would have eliminated Jen.

Well no Ramsay would have just told Louross to man up and not just take a back seat when someone tries to force an ingredient on a dish you should know wouldn't work (Or he wouldn't think would work) they'd still lose the challenge regardless

Laughing so hard at JP this episode, I love him. I feel bad for Louross though, he got landed with an ingrediient he didn't want because Jen is such an overbearing loudmouth. Seems like wherever she goes she just screws people over.

alia x He probably switched spoons when the camera was away from him. He usually has one spoon reserved for tasting and one spoon reserved for serving and switches between them often. And yes, he cleans the tasting spoon in between tastings.

Dishes like scallops and risotto, or even wellington, are the toughest to execute (which is why so many HK chefs fuck up on them) and critics order such dishes to examine the brigade's culinary technique and capability of successfully cooking such dishes.
