I totally match my makeup to my outfit. Doesn’t everyone? I’m so glad you reviewed these palettes. I’ve been holding on to a Sephora gift card and i am thinking about getting the cool tone matte palette, but I’m waiting for some reviews. Please let us know how it wears!

The orange is actually perfect with you out fit as orange is a complimentary color for blue

You MUST try the new $10 Sephora brand eyeshadow palettes. I bought two. Luxury formula, great packaging, my eyeshadow looked exactly the same 10 hours later. The shadows feel like Natasha Denona's formula. Zero fallout shimmers. Honestly, get them all.

THANK YOU! I've been using a three-pan Sephora blush (or eye) palette I bought last year, and hard as I try, I can't find anything wrong with it! Three huge pans, bought at the Spring sale for less than $10. I'm waiting for the next sale. And it has a luscious russet-reddish blush that I haven't seen anywhere else; the other two shades are a rose-gold shimmer and a pure yellow-gold shimmer that both make great eyeshadows. I've even used the rose-gold on my lips with a clear balm over top, and I love it even more. I've also seen some of their Pocket Palettes at TJMaxx or Marshall's, but they're all warm tones and I want cool tones. So yeah, Sephora's palettes are something I'm going to spend on!

@@laexe2 yes! Color shifter palettes, I bought the mauve and khaki palette, wish I would've gotten the nude one too because I just looked and it's out of stock. Get your hands on them if you can before the word gets out 😁

I love an orange eyeshadow. The brighter, the bolder, the better. The purple shadows looked too red-based to me. I prefer a bluer purple with my green eyes. You did a great job with both pallets.

Huda's Cream shadows are fantastic to use for filling in your brows. I use the shade "Hard" from the Naughty Nudes for mine. Works great, lasts all day and no fallout on the cheeks because it's a cream formula.

Love the cool mattes! So glad you demoed it! Not sure I would have considered it without your demo. I obsess about clothes & makeup matching or looking coordinated... Not a bad thing at all!

Thank you for the review Mandy Lea! I love the Huda Beauty eyeshadow formula but I don’t like the shimmers since they usually have too much glitter for my taste. Her mattes are lovely.

I have that pinky cool tone palette in my Sephora shopping cart ready to buy. It looks gorgeous.

Both palettes look beautiful, the mauve one is my favorite of the 2 as well.

These are the first two I've really been intrigued by from Huda.. gorgeous looks..

Oh, my. There’s a Huda palette that I’d consider buying. First ColourPop with their Aurora palette and then Huda with this cool matte come out and challenge my no buy status.

The cool one appears to have the feel of the Natasha Denona Retro palette.

This matte warm neutral palette looks a lot like the Empowered palette minus the fun shimmers and metallics. I thought about getting it but looking at the swatches, I think I already have most of the shades in Empowered….No?

I would love a comparison with some other Huda palettes. I might go and have a look in store. These palettes look beautiful, but the look similar to the mattes in Huda’s other palettes? But she wouldn’t dupe her own products right? 😅

@@mandy22f I don’t know if they’re exactly the same shades becauseI don’t have the mattes but they’re definitely in the same color range with the same overall look. I was thinking that these were shades that didn’t make the Empowered cut, so they went into a 9 pan. 🤔

I was just playing with my LA Girl Sunkissed Glow palette (or my Patrick Ta Major Dimension I) that I got last summer and realized the mattes in there are so similar to the Huda warm mattes to me (I don’t have the Huda one to be sure but from screen shots it looks so close)! I just did an all matte look with it and I’m pretty sure I’m about as happy as I can be to not buy the Huda one lol. Plus I have these tones in so many other palettes (some from Huda like the Topaz obsessions palette) that I just might skip this one. The cool toned one isn’t as tempting to me because I have so many cool toned palettes from Colourpop (Stone Cold Fox and Of Quartz for example) that I’m happy with what I have already. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Besides I almost always end up with a shimmer on my lid and in the inner corner or as a brow highlight. I just can’t help myself! I’m addicted to shimmers. 😂Still I love a nice rich velvety matte. LA Girl does mattes pretty well among many others. I’m pretty happy to shop my stash to replicate this release. I don’t have any cool toned cream shadows though so the cool palette is *maybe more tempting now that I think of that. 😬 Thank you Mandy for showing us some fun looks to do with these color stories though! It definitely sparks some creativity! 👍🏻☺️

These palettes did nothing for me. The amount of looks you can get are pretty limited unless you plan to use many of the shades as liner, like graphic liner which is something I don't do. I agree. I think most people have these tones in palettes they already have. I know I do for the warm tone palette. The cool tone palette on the other hand would make me look like I had a bad case of pink eye, lol. So I'm good...

That 1st shade looks that dark on darker skin as well. I was surprised to see that...

Your lips look like you have shimmer lip color on them. But when I looked up the Yummy gloss by Covergirl the Peach color looks like a basic peach shade. Were you wearing something else on your lips?
