Junho has such a huge concern and I am surprised nobody actually said how serious the effect of comparison between siblings is. i hope his mom would stop before the relationship in the family gets worse and Junho loses his self-esteem. She cant force her son to be as "good" as his sister.

seriously its so sad that most of the guests said it wasn't a concern. the mom's love and affection is conditional, that's what it is. that has a huge effect especially on kids that age. poor junho i just want to give him a huge hug :(

KBS World TV I can't believe that everyone didn't think Junho's concern was that big a deal. It's a sad thing to grow up wondering why aren't you "good enough" for your own mother. My mother did that to me and my younger sister when we were young. I tried my best to be a good daughter and big sister while growing up. Examples of this would be she would pick my younger sister up from school and take her home, then she would fall asleep and forget to pick me up (I'm 2 years older and got out of school later than her). I'd sit on the curb outside of school for 2-3 hours waiting for her to come and pick me up or my dad to come home from work and get me. When we got a little older she started taking my sister for mother/daughter bonding time on the weekends. They'd go to the mall and go out to eat. I wasn't included in this. I asked my mother why I couldn't go with them once and she told me straight to my face it was because I loved her no matter what, but my sister would only love her if she did this stuff with her only. Now as full grown adults my mother has told me more than once that my sister doesn't love her because of me. I was too good of a big sister, so that's why my sister doesn't love her or need her. My sister doesn't love her because she used to leave me out of everything, so it caused problems between us as sisters. She also doesn't love my mom because to this day my mom still tries to buy her love. All of my childhood I tried to be good enough for my mom to want to do special things for me too. I never felt I was the daughter my mom wanted and it really didn't matter what I did or how I acted it wasn't going to be enough for my mom to want to spend time with me. My dad raised me. Thank God he always told me I WAS good enough and the reason was because I'm his daughter. That's all I had to be to be good enough. HIS DAUGHTER. Nothing else mattered. If my father wouldn't have noticed how I was feeling and how I was being affected by my mother's behavior towards me I think I would be a terrible person today. I have 5 children of my own now and the youngest one is about to start her first year in college. I NEVER let them think that they weren't good enough for my love or attention. I ALWAYS let them know that they are more than good enough and anyone that tells them otherwise is lying. I have tried my very best to be a good and fair mother to my children. I actually cried when this little boy was talking about how he felt. I could see how heart broken he was. I wept when I heard his mother's last comment to him before seeing the vote. She NEVER validated his feelings, admitted she was wrong, or apologized to him. She just reinforced his feelings of not being good enough and told him to try harder to be good enough. Thank God his father is there for him. That woman needs help. She's going to ruin her precious child this way. To this day, I still have problems about being "good enough", I will graciously accept a compliment, but rarely believe the compliment. I'm 46 years old and still don't feel accepted by my mother. I know she accepts me, but only because my sister denies her and I never have. PLEASE DON'T make your children feel this way.

Fluffy you might be right but the winner from last episode (that guy who said work was more important than his gf/wife) definitely is a true concern ... she cried and talked about how she lost her baby and he didn't care and you could see how upset all the parents were ... if someone could act like that, wow, give them an Oscar. And that guy didn't change at all apart from coming home earlier so it's not like they said everything got better. But I agree with you, sometimes there might be people who are just in it for the money and lie.

It's so obvious that the mom is biased, if I was there, I'll be like " Woman, what the hell dude. He's your son, just because he doesn't achieve as much as he's older sis , that doesn't give you the right to not give him a proper storage for his insufficient clothing that you neglect! Have you not heard of the research that says that the older will be smarter then the other youngsters siblings? So technically it's not his fault that he does not get the desired scores. If you're going to keep being biased and lie about everything to him, don't regret in the later part of your life." I'm an EXO-L, but I wasn't one of the ones complaining about the EXO ep. I'm just sad because I really wanted to know the stories the EXO/RV velvet ep had because I only have fragments of each story because EXO subbers only subbed EXO's cuts T__T. (not that I'm complaining about that either) - I'd get upset with this if they skipped any other episode as well because I have no idea what the last winner won for. I enjoy HC and wait for Monday very excitedly, so it's really hard for me to know there's an ep that's been out for over a month and hasn't been subbed fully. I've scoured google, dailymotion, youtube, etc. for the full ep subbed but there's only parts of it subbed for the idols that were on it, and not the people's stories.

I watch Hello Counselor every week and EXO's episode got me really excited, since I'm a fan of the show and they're my bias group, but I can't find it fully subbed anywhere :/ I haven't commented so far because of obvious reasons, but it's upsetting they haven't put out the episode yet. I appreciate the fact they sub the show, which is something they aren't obliged to do, but it's not very nice to not upload an episode just because of a group/fandom.

Nurul Hanin Unprofessional or not unlike another Korean tv station KBS have been amazing taking time subing and sharing their programs on KZread. I would feel a little sorry for those fans had they NOT been spamming hello counselor videos with their comments 3 weeks before it supposed to be put on here. I understand the freedom speech and their excitement but these IMMATURE sasaeng fans doesn't understand their limits so I was overjoyed when KBS trolling with them.Serve them right!!! *KBS Keep up the good work and thank you for sharing your videos*

^ Exactly! They get paid for subbing. In fact, I paid for Kbsworld, Sbs, Mnet and MBC to air on my tv since I'm not staying in korea. And when I don't see some episodes, I come here to check wether the problem lies on my channel or Kbs themselves. They're not doing their job right. Trolling or not, it gets irritating and we do have the right to complain because after all, some of us PAID. The same thing happened to snsd's episode in the past. It's unprofessional and irritating. If it was just one Episode, I understand that it could be a slight mistake. Yet they continue to do this. In fact, as I'm typing this, I'm watching the episode with Hyo Sung and Sung Gyu. So, obviously, they're not airing exo's episode AGAIN. As a paying customer, I have all rights to complain. In fact, even if some are not paying, they have the rights to complain because we subscribed to this channel. More subscribers= more money gained. That's how youtubers gain money from making videos. Basically, we're giving them money. THEY SHOULD TREAT US RIGHT.

+Ernisah Shadon Still, they aren't obliged to sub or broadcast the episodes. SM and other companies can be difficult with international releases and broadcasts of their artists. You don't know their reason for not uploading, so don't complain. If you actually work for the company and know why they don't release it, you have the right to actually say they are trolling. Why would a company not release a episode if it got 2 big kpop groups in it. More views means more money , so why wouldn't they want more money as a company? Its simple, something is stopping them from releasing it. Which can be anything from copyrights to pressure from big companies to contracts. A company wouldn't troll people, a business is all about making the maximum profit possible. Just think logically, instead of complaining and assuming bs.

Assuming bs?did I assume anything? Read again, I didn't. You're the one making assumptions through my statement. Lesson learnt: read properly. If they have issues with copyright or whatsoever , Kbsworld will announce it on their official page and send an email to the official members . They did that a lot of times during return of superman, cool Kiz on the block, Yoo hee yeol sketchbook and also a few episodes of hello counsellor. Like I said, I'm a paying customer/member and I will get private updates whenever a there is an upcoming drama/variety shows ,info on any episodes that are cancelled or buy movies in advance before it comes out on this channel. This is a situation which leaves me annoyed and dumbfounded because it has never happened before. As a paying customer ($68 a month) I have all rights to complain. You giving me all the possible excuses is extremely useless and invalid due to the fact that KBS themselves did not say anything. Honestly,I have forgotten about this incident because so far there was no problem after that but! You just had to reply my comment which was 3months old with... BS.

I'm also a paid customer but that doesn't make me almighty that I can start complaining. As you don't pay too watch every single episode, you pay too watch their broadcasts, if they didn't broadcast it, you can't watch it. Simple as that, you can complain if you don't like their service. Michelle Hernandez KBS is used to take 2-4 weeks to upload episode with english subtitle after the episode came out.. like superman return you will get episode 75 with eng sub when episode 78 has aired in korea, i think they have same rule with the other programs.. you have to be patient

Befor I post my thoughts...KWON! It's been forever since I've seen your cute little face. Missing 2AM right now. Concern 1: the husband is an extreme couponer, he'd be in heaven with the coupons here in America. It's rude as heck for him to leave when their in the middle of lovemaking. He can do the coupon ink,but he needs to show consideration for his wife. He's wrong and chest as hell for not getting her a ring. Buying her cheap jewelry that made her skin irritated, shameful...smh. Concern 2: Game addict! I understand because I occasionally get in my addiction mode so does my mom. We try not to let if affect the family though. He needs to put the phone down and pay attention before he wakes up and realizes their childhood passed him by. He also should want to creat bd habits among the children. Another case of inconsideration. Concern 3: this is the one that bothered me the most. The mom should be comparing the son to the daughter. They are two different people with different personalities. She could affect his self esteem saying all those rude and hurtful things. She tried to laugh it off but clearly she's playing favorites. He needs to have just as many clothes as her. Yea the dad is ther, but he probably works a lot so he and junho might not have as much time together as him and the mom. Even the daughter see the favoritism, but she doesn't speak up about because she likes the attention. She should even be holding them to the same standards. They are different ages, in different grades. You could tell he was sad by the stuff she was saying, but was trying to be happy for the broadcast. He should have to make good grades to receive hugs and kisses.

Junho's concern is quite serious as it affects not only his relationship with his mother & sister but it also affects the perceived image of himself as viewed by his mother. He is yearning for care and affection from his mother but his mom seems to be oblivious to such needs. if he gets treated like this for a long time then he will start rebelling against her and he might lose respect for his mom altogether.

Honestly this episode felt so calm compared to some of the recent ones. I didn't get crazy angry. It was kinda refreshing. Concern #1: I don't feel like its so bad that the man wants to save money. It's obvious he is good at it based on what the sister said as well as the friend. I admit its really awkward that he'd leave while they were being intimate but that sounds like a completely different problem. I think they will be just fine. Concern #2: Like the one guest I wanted to be biased towards the husband since I also love playing games but I think his wife is just so incredibly understanding. 2 hours on weekdays and 4 hours on weekend?!?! It's insane that he would play 8 hours on a weekday. That is obsession not just gaming. Still, she did know when they were dating and got married. Him staying at the cafe for 5 days was all she needed to know. She's a great woman so I'm sure they'll be ok and once their children are older she'll have them at least. Concern #3: HOLY CRAP JUNHO IS SO CUTE!!! It was a bit awkward having a concern from a 3rd grader but I understand how he feels. We had a concern similar to this not so many episodes ago so I think I'm a little different in reaction to this. He has his father and she has her mother. It shouldn't be split down the middle but at least neither child is being neglected like they were in the previous episode. I really wanted to hug his father.

The last little boy is so cute...He looks like Min Yoongi when he was smaller... That mom loves him so much... She just doesn't show it how he would like and the comparison to his older sister is hurting him. His mom is just trying to make him be as good as his sister. It is not right. But it is difficult to be a child and to be a fair parent might be as well. That dad is the balance, tho! These kids are lucky! The end just melted my heart. :) I wish that all the problems in this world were this simple to resolve...

Wow the mom makes me mad. Double standards! I dont get the problem of the dad bring the son secretly. The son needs the love that the mom isn't giving.

Junho is so cute. I am glad that Dad is on his side but children needs love from both mother and father. Don't compare your children and discriminate between them. Junho already lost his trust for mom and he knows that she is good at telling lies. I cried when he read that letter. He will have bad image of you if you continue to discriminate between them. I hope she will treat both her children same .

i'm not that suprised since i already give up on exo and red velvet episode since last week. But kbs it is really not nice trolling people every week and you should appreciate international fans too. I'm reallh thankfull with all your sub video but skipping one episode and make people waiting it so not fun

I think Junho's is a concern. If he feels that way already, there obviously is a problem. I grew up kind of like him too where my parents, especially my mom favors my older sister. To this day, I always feel sad whenever I think about it. Sure, they love me too but to see the difference between your sibling makes you realize that you want to be treated equally.

I understand that people are still mad that they skipped an episode. It was a bit annoying that they skipped Exo's episode even if it was because of the exo-l's that spammed the page with comments. I watch the show regardless of the guests. Hopefully they post it soon, but while we wait we might as well enjoy the show and support the celebrities in the posted episodes. Another great episode, thanks KBS! :)

For people who complain about the why it takes a long time to upload the next episode. you should know that KBS upload the video after the episode is airing in Korea and on cable TV 1 week later first before they upload it to their channel. Please respect KBS

Honestly if ExoLs weren't so rude with previous Hello Counselor episodes, like with not understanding the standard 3 week delay between the Korean air date and YT upload, KBS would've probably uploaded it. I honestly think they're just using it as a form of punishment at this point and the more people whine, the longer they'll wait.

I used to like it when I would scroll down to the comment section and we would all discuss the concerns. We would all make jokes, share personal stories, and sometimes even vent our anger at the "perpetrators". For weeks now, all I've read is EXO this and EXO that. I really hope that KBS would upload that episode for you guys so we can all move on.

If people hadn't noticed yet - i'd like to pount out that the episode with EXO and Red Velvet in was episode 220. However, this is episode 222, yet the one before that was episode 221 and 219 came out before that. So basically they either forgot to post that episode, or KBS doesn't want us EXO-L's to watch it fully in Engish Subtitles. I'm still crying of laughter.

I would always watch this show and you have no idea how happy I was when BTS ( Namjoon and Taehyung ) was a guest here HAHAHAHA but you guys should know that KBS would be uploading a lil bit late since they have to translate the whole video and there might be also another reason why they're uploading really late haha but anyways , I enjoyed watching this episode ^-^

im actually speechless at how lightly they are taking junho's case. The way his mother treats them is really unfair but it is just being brushed off as him being spoilt? I have a younger sibling as well and even when my parents slightly compares our results i get really upset and it really affects me emotionally. If this continues, junho could really end up having no trust for his mother and have really bad family ties. Im really sorry for saying this i just strongly feel i have to address this. Just bc the concern comes frm a little kid,doesnt mean it shouldnt be taken srsly.

That last concern is so sad and upsetting. As a mom she should love her children equally and unconditionally. It will psychologically negatively affect Junho (if it hasnt already) if she keeps on treating him this way.

I am sad because the boy reminds me of myself, past and present. The mom does not know this but if she keeps this up she will regret it. I mean my dad has already regretted but he doesn't know. It will have a huge impact on the child emotionally and later socially. His confidence will drop so bad too. I am 27yrs old and i am now learning to be confidence from children in my daycare. I pray that the mum will stop differentiating, its for her own good. i just wish i had money or a foundation so i could give the boy a scholarship. I mean its possible the boy is not having good grades because he knows he will not be appreciated anyway. I don't like to think about the words my father used on me, its something i fight so hard to do not let his negative words get to me. My goodness this grade 3 boy has brought me bad memories. Junho fighting!!!

I love hello counselor but I been waiting for exo to come and their episode is actually quite interesting the stories I mean and beside BEAGLE LINE ARE PART AND MY BABY JOY AND YERI SO WHEN ARE THEY AIRING IT!!!!!

The most I've played a video game in one sitting is probably about 10 hours and the most I've spent on one game is probably $2000.

David with all due respect that doesn't make any sense. First, KBS knows exo is like a hot commodity so I'm pretty sure they would expect fans to be anxious. Also if your upset with fans who can't wait....why would you skip an episode and make them wait? If you ask me they're holding out because fans are gonna continue to add views to the episodes when they come commenting and what not about exo. The complaining fans aren't that annoying for people to be so annoyed...y'all just already got beef with EXOLs so an exol can cough and people would find an issue (shrug)
