Bro,so good to see you again. I was getting very worried. My journey has changed direction. I blew my pain management doctor away. I guess we all have our paths. I'm hoping mine brings me back to N.J. My daughter taught me a lot about advocating for myself. But I have missed you. Much love.

It's a step by step process Dude. Like everything and everyone. We take a step and see. Then another. We have our plans and intentions but we see what shows up and we adjust. Stay flexible and see what shows up! Be Well!
