Never fired a hellcat. But Ill be honest. It would be extremely tough to outclass my Canik TP9SC. I am really happy with its performance. Excellent portable safety device for the money.

Totally agree. I would take the Canik over the Hellcat, personally. Hellcat is a good option for the edc market, however. Just too snappy, in my opinion, compared to the Canik and P365XL.

Yeah, them Ole Alley Cats come with a couple flush fitting 15 round mags. But I noticed you kept having to reposition your grip. I be having to do the same. So I bought some goon tape to help with that and I got a new guide rod and recoil spring. I also have a threaded barrel and comp on the way. Should be here by next week. I travel a lot so i keep a flush 15 in the gun and 2 17 round mags as backup in my tactical backpack. Cool video bro.

Springfield missed the mark on the grip and I wish the takedown lever extended out a bit. All in all, I liked the gun. It was more snappy feeling than the P365XL but its accurate and not terrible to keep on target for someone who shoots. You saw my group. Lol!

@love4gtsandguns Yeah, the grouping was wasnt too bad actually. Wayyyy better than mine. Lol. Ima tryn see what this barrel and comp do and if it's still snappy ima get a 365XL... I think if they made it as thick as that Canik it would shoot flatter. What you think?

@luckylandy2945 Barrel and comp will help mitigate the recoil. The thickness of the Canik definitely helps and it was a lot easier to shoot. But the Hellcat feels better in the hand.

On camera the Pro appeared to have less muzzle flip than the Canik. Weird and you would know.

Preciate the watch and comment! On camera is sometimes misleading, but I noticed the same. Muzzle flip was comparable and maybe more on the Canik. What matters more, though, in my opinion, is 'felt recoil' and ability for 'sight acquisition' after a shot. The Hellcat Pro was just snappy and required more focus to get back on target.

Slide serrations on the hellcat are the only thing that irk me. They’re about useless.
