Fr, i even prefer some of Colm's versions of songs. I wish he'd do a cover of one of The Dead South songs. They're my favourite band, A Broken Cowboy is my favourite song, which is also why its my username on almost everything😂

Your voice really carries a different tale with this song. The opening part just describes a gentle man pushed to far, only to show what kind of hell they force to show with how you sing the rest of the song.

The problem with covering Hell's Comin' With Me is that it's quite difficult to actually match the original in quality, but I think you have managed it!

I like both and while I prefer the original it takes a ***REALLY*** special song and artist to one-up the original in more cases than not. Johnny Cash's "Hurt" comes to mind.

Never mind the vocals (which are awesome) -- I'm just impressed at the number of instruments this man can play!

This is one of my favorite songs ever, and the fact you covered it has made my whole week. Instant place in my playlist.

The first section I was like “Nah, I won’t skip it this time. Feels like a build up.” And then I get hit with one of the best songs I’ve heard!

Oh my goodness!!!! I wanted you to do this song so badly. Utter perfection. You REALLY upped the American folk on this one. That accent, that drawl, they capture the feeling of the Deep South and Wild West so well. Your mastery of sea shanties and Irish folk tunes is certainly my favorite thing about this channel, but you also have such a firm understanding of the American sound too. Cheers friend.

Takes me straight back into Kenshi. When I started my own faction we were assaulted early on by the Holy Nation. I became a peak martial artist, master of fist and utterly untouchable in combat-elusive as trying to cut the wind. Truely, Hell came with me when I marched on the Holy Nation with an army of skeletons all trained to mastery over the fist and we tore the entire nation to the ground in a glory of flying limbs and split skulls. Had the OG "Hell's Comin' With Me" blaring in the background as I razed their cities and freed their slaves. Good times. Good cover.
