The officer/ squad leader is arguably the most important position in Hell a let Loose to play. Without Officers, squads have anarchy and not much gets done. But a good squad leader who can rally their squad can do a lot to help win games, or make it so hard for the enemy to win, it drains the fun out of it. So this guide is a revamped version of officer guide a year back, a bit ore simplistic and overall (hopefully) edited better.
Yes you do need some luck to have people who will even talk to you. But that can happen, and usually people who don’t want to talk slowly get filter out of your squad because of whatever reason they have. Either way, you can start with randoms, or grab some buddies and be one really good squad if you lead them right.
