(Deuteronomy 32:4) When the first man, Adam, sinned, God told him that his punishment would simply be to pass out of existence: “Dust you are and to dust you will return.” (Genesis 3:​19) God would have been lying if he were actually sending Adam to a fiery hell. God does not even contemplate eternal torment. The idea that he would punish people in hellfire is contrary to the Bible’s teaching that “God is love.”​-⁠1 John 4:8; Jeremiah 7:​31.

Have you ever wondered why God didn't tell Adam that he would burn eternally if he disobeyed Him? Rather he told Adam that the consequences for disobedience would be death! Genesis 2:17! At Ecclesiastes 9:5,10, we read that the dead are unconscious! Anyone ever have heart surgery or brain surgery or have your legs amputated? Once you were unconscious did you feel them cutting you? In Ezekiel 18:4,20 we read that the soul dies, is not immortal! And Ecclesiastes 12:7 says that when a person dies, they return to the dust! The spirit returns to God! So if you are not conscious of anything, the soul dies, the spirit returns to God, you return to the dust.....what is left to burn forever ??? Was the Almighty God lying to Adam and Eve and to us? Or was Satan lying? Remember he said, "You positively will not die", Genesis 3:4! 1John 5:19 says, "the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one! " Soon at Armageddon all the ungodly will be destroyed, not tortured eternally! 2Peter3:7! Psalms 37:9-11!

The titles last word I'm guessing should be *Exits* and perhaps needs changing as it could be misinterpreted that the video is about Hell not existing.

This was A good sermon, but the idea that pride is the unforgivable sin isn't Biblical. I used to be so proud, but once I was born again I threw away my pride and repented from my sins. I know that I am forgiven because of what he did for me, and this is not of myself. Also Jesus said that the unforgivable sin was blasphemy against The Holy Spirt, not pride.

A lot is riding on this: In the dozen or so verses where Hell or destruction is said to be "eternal," "everlasting" or "forever," it's based on the Greek word _aionios._ If you google _aionios,_ you'll find many opinions about its meaning. There's good reason to believe it should be translated "of an age." The adjective _aionios_ is derived from the noun _aion,_ which means "eon" or "age." Eons and ages are long but *finite* periods of time. The two most literal Bible translations I'm aware of, Young's and Rotherham's, translate _aionios_ as "age-during," and "age-abiding," respectively. Blessings!

there is no need to shout to point your point across. Just do so firmly. It kinda puts me off when he sounded like the typical evangelist on stage.

Hell is real, but only believers have the gift of immortality with Jesus. The lost go to hell where they are destroyed, perish. The false teaching of universal immortality came out of Greek philosophy from Plato and Socrates through a Christian teacher in the 4th century names Augustine. Augustine was wrong.

If Christ was authenticating the truth of Hades/Gehenna, (never taught in the Old Testament), then the atheists are correct and Jesus Christ is myth. The way that atheists see it, the idea of the Jewish afterlife "progressed" from sleep in Sheol (OT), to a Greek-inspired Hades (1 Enoch; Judith; 200 BC) during the period between the testaments (which Christ "adopted"), to a literal fiery lake where people burn forever (Augustine). And, since Christ authenticated the Greek Hades of these Rabbinic teachings, he refuted the Old Testament Sheol, being just another rabbi aligned with the idea of the afterlife of his time and not of Scripture. Notice how Paul avoids Hades and Gehenna. He says the wages of sin is death. The gift of God is eternal life. Paul says that the wicked do not have eternal life.

Great message. People sometimes say "Don't preach about hell-fire and brimstone, just preach the gospel". But the gospel includes the message that without Jesus, our default destination is hell. Even John 3:16 says "...that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life". That word "perish" means to go to hell. Without believing in Him, we'll perish in hell. If we put our faith in Him, we'll spend eternity with Him. That IS the gospel.

The Bible says that the unsaved will perish, they will be consumed, there will be nothing left of them but ashes, they will be destroyed. None of that sounds even remotely like eternal torment. ✴ [The unsaved] _will suffer the punishment of eternal destruction…._ (2 Thessalonians 1: 9, ESV) ✴ (P.S. the Greek word translated "perish" is _apollumi._ It means to destroy, to destroy utterly.)

Yeah humans dont go to hell

Jesus tells me hell doesn't exist. He tells me to just love one another, coexist, and live a simple and loving life. Hell is illogical and an invention of the church. It is used to control the people. Think about it, Jesus never ever taught introduced fear. God wouldn't ever do that because he is love. I might sound crazy rn, but it's the simple truth.

1st ,my appologies to the Christians that don't believe in Hell, this comment isn't meant for you. We both know god doesn't send people to hell for doing evil, god sends people to Hell because they either are worshipping him the wrong way because they don't believe he exists because this god has not provided even one piece of demonstrable evidence(AKA good evidence) that he exists. Here the thing, this god doesn't care how much evil a person, what this god really wants is for people to promise to love, worship and obey him for all eternity. See this god will forgive the most evil person as long as before they die they accepts Jesus as lord and savior and repents for their sins and all is forgiven and they get to go to heaven because they promised god they will love, worship and obey him for all eternity. On the other hand, no matter how good a person is, even if they did the very best they could to be a good person their entire life, if they didn't worship this god correctly or they don't believe he exists then this god sends them to Hell for all eternity to be tortured in the most possible way. In other words this god needs us to worship him so badly that if you don't he gets so angry and commits the most evil act ever, far worse than all mankind combined has ever done or could ever do, he sends billions of people(most of mankind) to his torture chamber he created where this god will torture people in the most possible way for eternity. If this god truly exists then he is the most evil being ever to exist. A being that threatens all mankind to love him, to obey and worship him or else if you don't he will torture you for eternity. What kind of god threatens you to love them? The bible even tells us that most people will not be saved from this god's torture chamber he created. That's billions of people being sent to a fate far worse then death(this is also stated in the bible). Most people agree that evil people like Hitler(who believed in the Christian god), Stalin and Saddam Hussein(who believed in the muslim god) demanded people to obey and love them and if you didn't they would have you killed, that is evil. However Christian have a double standard when the god they believe in behaves in the exact same evil way. It really saddens me that people are just fine with most of your fellow mankind being tortured for every. I don't know how this make any sense to anyone that this "so called" loving god would torture billions and billions of people including most Christians just for not worshipping him correctly or not believing in him. That is not love, that is evil.

this is a very old lie of lucifer when in the garden of eden he said to Eve 3. Jesus's blood was shed for the forgiveness of sins. Jesus was entombed for three days. Jesus was raised from the dead by God. Jesus left the tomb empty. Jesus was seen, heard and touched by witnesses who said He is alive. Jesus ascended to heaven. Jesus will return to the earth again. Jesus is Lord.. If you confess with you mouth Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart God has raised Him from the dead you shall be saved. Any one who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, Jesus, that any one who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. Jesus said, "No greater love has one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends." To know more about Jesus read the New Testament in the Bible. If we confess our sins God is faithful and just to forgive our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Good preacher, BUT Someone cant VISIT Hell. its not a vacation destination. There is a divide there is no escape. Visits to Hell are not biblical. Love everything else this guy preaches. but These I been to heaven or Hell have no biblical support. People can twist scripture all they want

What do you think Romans 5:18-19 means, “Consequently, just as one trespass resulted in condemnation for ALL people, so also one righteous act resulted in justification and life for ALL people. 19 For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many(ALL) were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many(ALL) will be made righteous.” He has ALREADY saved you. Now you have been acquainted with that fact. So believe it and rejoice. You are not saved because you believe, you believe because you are saved. And look up Tentmaker Ministries and Martin Zender. It’s where you will learn who God really is, not here.

I verbally attacked her when we split. Sent photos of her to her parents and family I lost it. I ruined everything and I'm a good man but I dropped the ball on this one. I know God can do the impossible but I believe I have ruined things beyond repair... I love her and don't want to marry anyone else but I went too far she has her faults too but can it be fixed I don't think it can

Then afterwards you may need to talk to Abba about anger and repenting of that. All things will work out for your good and your family. Just don't give in to the enemie. Start fasting as well. Hope this helped. "For the Lord's thoughts are of only good towards us for a perfect end" (not the exact verse 😅)

Wrong Vlad. The weeping and gnashing of teeth isn't forever, and nowhere does it state that is forever. When a criminal is convicted to go to prison, or the death penalty etc. oftentimes they WEEP, THEY GNASH THEIR TEETH, but nowhere does it state this weeping is eternal. Hell is not a permanent place of torment, it is destruction, the second death, etc. There's scores of great videos and books that clearly refute the false teaching of eternal conscious torment here on KZread, and on Amazon. All beings BUT GOD, live conditionally upon God's wishes. That's why eternal life is a gift, it is not for those who will be DESTROYED in the lake of fire, they will not exist eternally, that's the point. You missed it brother, but you can correct your error with more study. Belief in Hell or Annihilation isn't a salvation issue, but it is an issue people use to determine whether or not they believe God is fair, and eternal conscious torment for living only a few years on earth is not equitable punishment AT ALL! God is not Hitler, but some would have him be WORSE with this false doctrine.
