This is how Ms Fischer concluded the concerts from her first ever tour: "Mut Zum Gefühl", back in 2009. It should have been obvious then, that she was destined for a star-spangled career in singing. It was 2013, when I first heard her. So, I was late to the party. Unfortunately she is easily distracted from singing by "Akrobatik", circuses, zip-wires and all sorts of nonsense. But whenever she puts her mind to it, her singing can still knock me out - almost no matter how banal the song. Since 2013, I am obsessed by her - even though I have never even been to a live performance. Brava, Ms Fischer.

I think you will find that all the extras are called entertainment. Not everyone is like you, some enjoy a complete show. Although, when I see the price of tickets for these shows, I prefer to spend the money on CD's, so I can listen whenever I want.

@@davidedwards3361 I am told that her ticket prices are very reasonable, compared with other "attractions". I hope you have the DVD: "Mut Zum Gefühl", from which this is an extract. I have certainly had my money's worth out of mine. AND I don't think anybody goes to a Helene Fischer concert to see a circus, do they? If they want to see a circus, they will go to a circus.

This was the song my most beautiful friend listened to in her final days. And I have revisited it so many times in order to feel close to her. Dear Anneliese, you are forever in my heart. I hope you are at peace, my sweet friend.

That is because this is not the original text ( which wasn't in Italian but also in german) but a different text. The well known prayer is also not in Italian but in Latin..not the same language

I think even if you did understand German you might have enjoyed it. The lyrics are not religious whatsoever but speak of life and times being hard, people get lonely or sad..when you see that..reach out to a fellow human being for a moment! It's humanism, not religion
