so we have finished it completely did a minor change but this base actually looks beautiful when its finished not only that the practicality of the base its just crazy

Can’t wait for the V2, I love the way the video was made, I found it very easy to follow and things where well explained.

Been subbed for a while now, till this day you never fail to impress me with these designs. Will definitely be building this base on force wipe.

I would like a design like this but cheaper, i mean i like that main loot Up, everyone toss the rockets to the Core so its better to have main loot some floors Up.. also id like multi Tc build because if u get offlined u can recover your base

oi how did you get that cool cinematic shot of the base for your thumbnail

I've got a question about this base design. I lived out of it last wipe and it was amazing. Survived an online with it, but it was a close call... The raiders took out one of the external TC's, and were able to place a TC on the outer most edge of the base, on the side they took the TC (where the shooting floor quick access ladder hatches are). Is there a way to stop this? Cheers

Not really because you need the externals. Only thing is you can make it harder to raid into. Means you make it so its in the compound, with airlock, metal barricades on top, turrets in front of it, metal barricades on the sides so you can only access it through coming from the side where the base is at, which makes it easier to defend and also you can have better turret placement that way.

Best base out of every base if you had to pick one

Neat base, big fan. However I see one flaw. The jump up leads straight into the core. This could lead to an early raids because bases tend to have just 2 to 3 doors from roof in the early stages. I’d much prefer to have the jump up in the shell, even a ladder hatch in the shell could be nifty. Aside from the one concern, the upkeep is a bit high. Those are my two issues, otherwise, great build

Well if u get raided early on u prolly won’t have much and if u do it’s not that expensive to get the base more upgraded

coz we built this on facepunch server and you had to fill up tc twice a day which is not ideal

The upkeep cost isn't my issue, its the upkeep time, I wont have than much time in between upkeeps, before the base starts to decay. Since there is a limited amount of TC slots for resources.

There is basically one door, ladder and metal floor or if you are lucky and builder forgot to place some lights it would be door and ladder, two rockets…

Would this work as a 3x3 turned into a 5x5 with peak downs?

The peaks could have been made so much better since if they pummel or even just slowly break the walls the all the peaks will just fall over. Aswell as no peaks into open core.

Open core is also 1 wall to all loot, and extremely easy to reach through doors

Whatever happened to the v2 of this?

How many rockets is it to raid?

From 26:50 to 26:54 that thing turns a half wall higher??

I built this base with my clan and we had 2 failed online raids and 1 offline raid which got to TC but they didn't find main loot. My only issue is how few doors it is to TC, and that if they did top down, it's one armored roof or 2 ladder hatches and a door to main loot.

thats why you have to edit the base and not make the top main loot room coz with a mini and some hvs you could take out turrets get to roof and like you said blow into main loot quite easy so edit it spread the loot out so they have to go through the whole base to get loot also add more doors within the 2x2 structure or increase the build to a 4x4 and make this base twice the size with more doors and armour

@@picante3302 I've put 2 sam sites in our most recent iteration of the base. Should solve the mini thing. But as far as the doors to TC, we've actually destroyed our own TC and moved it up to 3rd floor and put doors everywhere. So far so good :D

This is definitely a v1.0 base I get what you were trying to do with this base for the simplicity/strength/defendability/quality of life ratio. Definitely could’ve done better things with better upkeep for sure tho.

Great base design, but I was raided this morning and the raiders were able to place doors? How was this possible with the external TCs? Also, I'm unable to place another TC in the base now. What am I doing wrong?

Its a nice base but how are you supposed to defend. If you pummel through the sides with bedrooms on the shooting floor, there are basically no angles onto raiders. You cant defend your main loot as they are no peaks or turrets, raiders just have to hold two ladders hatches. Its a really nice concept with the more rugged approach to a base as not all of us have the time to build an OT main base, but maybe some areas need rethinking.

I understand where you're coming from but allow me to reply to your comment; you mention "pummel" and "OT" in which my mind goes more towards a vital / main type of scene. In which case, it won't really matter what you build as everything is 2x now and clans just pummel with rockets regardless of what base design you have. It literally doesn't matter at that point. The whole idea of the base is for it to be compact. I sacrificed certain "options" to keep it simplistic in that sense. Yes 1 of the 4 bedrooms that are attached to the main base will collapse and be destroyed if you are getting raided from that side BUT that's just an extra bedroom next to bedrooms being able to be on; wide gap shooting floor (2), roof (3), compound (4), inside the 2x2 (5) and probably even more around the base if you're a 4-5-6 man group. My point being is that you have alternative respawns either way. Other than the current pummeling meta which in my opinion makes any simplistic base useless with that logic, and the respawns as mentioned above I actually have been using this design and have indeed been pummeled in it. The angles to kill raiders are actually not that bad and there is quite a lot of cover on the actual shooting floor. I've mostly been using the elevators from the compound and have had good vision of a breach with my back towards the wide gap shooting floor part. You're right about main loot. There is more you can do with it, or change. Totally agree. If you'd get top downed with your main loot like that it's pretty much done. I felt in this particular design there wasn't really more space to play around with, but I have definitively improved this on the (more expensive) v2.0 version of this base. Thanks for the feedback! @@Sven_YT Built for vital shit loads same for smaller groups and to say the least played plenty of ukn, the point of having 6+ walls to open core on main scene for such a big price isnt because your unraidable, kids will always pound 4x more rockets than required its just the time it buys and the defendability and ease to get it up

What is raid cost?

I'm confused on the Ext. TC portion, why you build out 8 square foundations and then build back triangle foundations just to end up with only 6 built out square foundations. Can someone explain in noobie building terms to me why he does that? As opposed to just building out 6 square foundations to start.

To make it easy to understand: That's what he did disconnects the last sqaure from the main base which means it disconnects the toolcupboard privilege. That would not happen if you'd just go out 6 and leave it like that

Bruh I built this base and followed everything and the top of the shooting floor turned out different compared to the pictures of it. Also, you can land a mini on the roof and only have to break one high quality floor to get to main loot. This base is pretty bad

You are an absolote nightmare. Could had made the build process on 10x speed faster perhaps? It takes like an hour+ of rewinding to catch up to your building. I've built this base and only to realize that after building it I can rebuild the exact same base in less than 4 minutes. I assume you were intentionally trying to make this as unfollowable as possible.

honestly a pretty poor design, you can easily fit through the shooting floor gaps, basically shit widegaps, and the huge elevator thing is a free access point to your roof for raiders.

You arent great at showing how you are building, by mindlessly running noclip through the base. You have creative ideas but 12 mins in the video I finally get to see you start building. It's incredibly choppy. Keep up the good work hopefully you understand constructive feedback.

2k hp ceiling and the opponent has all LOOTROOM gg. A shit base with gigantic construction costs. I do not recommend,
