HEETON CONCEPT HOTEL PATTAYA BY COMPASS
This is my stay at the Heeton Concept Hotel Pattaya. The tour including Breakfast, Gym, Swimming pool and "Superior King Room".
I paid THB1572 which is £34.20 or $43 USD per night including breakfast for this room booked via Agoda.
This hotel was previously "Mercure Pattaya" The hotel changed it's name to Heeton Concept after renovation, and it's now managed by Compass Hospitality

The hotel is situated in Soi15, behind Soi Buakhao and near to Walking Street and the Avenue shopping complex. This is a very central location, providing easy walking access to the most popular areas in Pattaya. The beach is around 450 meters away, while Central Pattaya is approximately 800 meters away.Tree Town can be reached within a 5-minute walk.

This hotel is guest friendly, up to 2 adults per room. 2 Adults per room can stay in the same room without additional charges. Always book for 2 person's even if you check in alone.
There is a large swimming pool at the hotel. There is also small water playground and play areas for children. There is quite a lot of sun beds, and we had no problem finding a seat.
Fitness center is located on the first floor, with a variety of running machines, crosstrainers and free weights.
The price for this Hotel including breakfast, really could be a game changer compared to some of the competition in the area. The rooms are quiet due to the installation of carpets in the hallways and new beds and cleaning helps give you a great nights rest.

Not quiet. I was there last december and it was a nigtmare. Children running through the hallways and screaming and no seat free in the pool. Some russian guests used to put the towels on the chairs and go to breakfast, back and then go to the room.... and seems to be normal for employees.... One time and no more.

Correct it was the Mercure hotel, great location.
I just tried to book it for October the price of it the same price as a 5 star hotel in low season

It was the price, this was much cheaper than other similar hotels with breakfast in this area of Pattaya.

@@paulsrighteye loads of excellent hotels in the area for less than 1400 baht add on a multitude of breakfast options for less than 150 baht, that's less than the Heeton, I watched thinking that the hotel was doing some sort of serviced apartment package or something different from the usual. All you did was a hotel promo which wasn't in any way a game changer.

I'm sorry if you feel I have misled you in some way, but I still think this is excellent value for this level of hotel with breakfast for two people in this area. I recently stayed at the Acera lodge that was 1950 per night.
