I have seen videos and comments that say the following... Is it true about the Paleo Hebrew? The Hebrew name of God יְהֹוָה _When taken as individual Paleo Hebrew symbols the four letters in God's name יְהֹוָה have the following meanings:_ _Yod (Yodh) = Closed Hand_ _Hey (He) = Behold_ _Vav (Waw) = Nail_ _Hey (He) = Behold_ _When read in English from left to right, it says:_ _"BEHOLD THE NAIL, BEHOLD THE HAND!" Or, "Behold the nailed hand."_

What's interesting about Genesis 1 is how Earth was brought forth on day three, and the sun, moon and stars on day four, all on the same day, after the Earth, to give light on the Earth (and for signs and seasons and times). 'And the evening and the morning' after each day make very clear these are 24 hour periods. So our inherited 'scientific' cosmology is in direct contradiction to the Bible, as well as reason and observation. Scripture also says Earth is fixed, on pillars and never to be moved. So who is right - the world of men or God's word of truth?

I thought "evening" and "morning" could also be translated "disorder" and "order." Day can also be translated as day, age, and epoch?

Thanks to telescopes we can see stars and planets being created. The bible doesn't explain this very well.

@@jessicasanchez5765 nope. that's why it's very clear in the Bible, God made the world in six days - and says we should also rest on the seventh; was he talking about epochs with us? no. yom means 24 hours. aion means epoch. you can believe God, or man, but not both; your choice.

@@puremusicdaz No. I find that human beings are wrong, eventually. Also, prophecy can turn out to literal and it makes sense when fulfilled but is a mystery for the time it was written. The Bible has patterns. There's the weekly Sabbath, the 7th year Sabbath year, 49 years Sabbath followed by the Jubilee. I actually think it's both 24 hours and epochs. It depends on where you are, earth or heaven, and which pattern you understand.

@user-ix7jx6jt3h I have a few Slavic Bibles that are six hundred years old. Made with rice paper, I believe. I'm pretty careful with those. Never considered a mask. Good thinking

They were facsimiles, except for the one Bible that had the pages encapsulated for protection. All the really old documents in our local Register of Deeds office are encapsulated and rebound so that they can still be handled.

Leningrad codex of the 11th century? Yeah great historical eyewitness document? For the beginning, the Septuagint far excels in accuracy. Which was written from Paleo Hebrew into Koine Greek in circa 275 AD by 72 Hebrew scribes; 6 from each of the 12 tribes.

this is probably really true since the timelines add up properly if you calculate the ages back of the descendants of Adam and Noah. in the Septuagint it makes more sense. and also about the construction of the pyramids... it fits much better. some evil tongues say it was the Jews themselves who put in the wrong dates/ages. for to make it impossible to believe Jesus is the messiah. kind of makes sense for me

I am no longer amazed by this book, I mean I am not surprised by anything about it...

THM in Gen.1:2 refers to the Tihamah regions- Hijaz, Asir and Yemen- in western Arabia,not the ‘deep.’ Junaynah at Dn- garden of Eden- is located at 20/20 by 42/55 in Asir region western Arabia with the 4 rivers and gold etc. Still Adam and Eve mythical and the trees, cherubim etc. The Bible contains myth, legend, history and science. The OT has yet to be translated. The little- but significant- parts Kamal Salibi has tells different stories. “The Bible Came from Arabia “, Kamal Salibi,1985, plus his 3 other bible study books and blog for facts not fantasies.
