You can tell the designers had fun with this one, this is one of the few major scenes in the game with 0 consequences for f'ing up. Do it perfect or fail it horribly, there's no impact to the main plot, so it's fun to just let loose and watch the hilarity, Looney Tunes style.

During one of the main scenes the police chief walks into two police officers just standing in the way I almost pissed myself laughing so hard. I miss old games.

Now? No not really. You can obviously still fail but the stakes in the game are much higher. So everything has a much serious tone, and the failures are more convincing and honestly scary; nothing this ridiculous. (Ridiculous being wrestling with a chicken, or somehow failing to open a door and failing to change your momentum)

i can't tell what's worse: the fact that he's crashing into everything to keep up with him, or the fact that the guy who's being chased can't outrun him. I'm dying from laughter!!!
