Skill and experience with least tools.

Use the proper tools like puller, press, pipes ,plastic hammers, lock ring puller. Dont hammer the bearings and oil seals. Use torqe wrench.

I like the way the camera man turns away when things are obviously going wrong. I bet half those parts are no longer in the gear box. They couldn't figure out why it wasn't going back together, so they just left those parts out.

Those are students. They dont learn in books they learn only in practical life. Expirience is the Father of Qualification.

Mi piace l'uso del martello dinamometrico. 🤣 Bravissimi comunque, con poca attrezzatura risolvono dei problemi, che i meccanici attrezzati non affrontano neanche. Meglio ti invitano a sostituire il pezzo, che non a ripararlo.

Eaton 6309 gearbox where is the oil pipe that feeds from next to front layshaft bearing to the back of the range change? Did you forget to put it in😂

They are wearing pajamas and flip flops.I dont think safety glasses are in the wardrobe.
