ya 12kg will be plenty! Just modify how fast you are going during the interval, heavier bag go slower.. lighter bag go fast. You will find a pace

Hi , Thank you for the nice training you have shown here. I succeeded in doing that with a 17 Kg bag, doing the circuit 7 times in less than 14 minutes, working on that 3 times per week, and mixing with calisthenic workout. I have experience with 12 Kg and a 12 Kg to 17 Kg chargeable bag (Suples Strong) model. I would like to upgrade the difficulty with a heavier bag, but I am doubt if buying a 22 Kg bag or a 26 Kg bag from Suples. I already have a 20 kg not original bag, so maybe a 26 Kg could be a choice (or maybe it too much and is not usable?). What do you think about that? Thank you in advance. Federico
I’m 135lbs and received a 50lbs bag as a gift! 😅 it’s great though! I’ll try this!

I used a 50.. of you have the grip, cardio and technique then it will be a fun yet brutal challenge :)

@@ArredondoJairo i haven't had any shoulder problems using this tool. Of course bad form with any tool will give you problems, make sure to have all exercises down before entering into a "complex" and you should be fine

That’s the only workout you do? That one is cool and all, can’t say it’s good enough to be the “only” workout I do with the bag though. But good luck with that ✌️
