I think he ment "Heaven shall burn - Behind the wall of silence (Wacken 2011)" Btw. the german language just sound like they are pissed, cuz they screamed ... normal german is really beautiful !

In the beginning the singer actually asked the crowd to do a circle pit around the sound-tower. This was actually my first time seeing these guys live and I loved running in that pit around the tower :) I would like to suggest another live video of that particular Wacken: Machine Head - Davidian [live at Wacken 2009]

One of my fav songs for sure! Always love their lyrics especially when it comes to animal liberation.

So I suggest you to take a peek into the lyrics and hateful sounds from the band “Maroon”! Funfact they’re from Thuringia (Thüringen) as well. -that’s a state in Germany 24 HourHate Wake Up In Hell That boosted everything. 😉

great reaction. He said at the beginning, that the band is there to make another record, so to break their old record (3 years ago the fans made a huge circle pit). There is a tower and the crowd should make a circle pit around that tower, that's what he said. He is not pissed xD that's just to motivate them! He wants that everybody joins in the circle pit, even the guys at the back, they should show the band that they want to have fun. "I want to see you all in motion, we're here for fun". you guys on the side, you are also invited. Then he said sth funny before the song starts "you can start to walk, I will join you immediately". When the crowd starts the circle pit he says "you can just do better than that, but please come back to the stage"

if you want to see another awesome live performance, which i dont know about now days because last time I seen them I was like 25 years old and im 36 now but... MushroomHead show is so bad ass like they really do it up specially if it is at night or they do it inside of a hall thats enclosed they literally have the guy with the electrode mask that has sparks going from electrode to electrode in their videos at the show and it was literally sparking up and they did smoke and light show with water on the drums the flashing lights and water on the drums when he would play every pop on the snare would send water in the air and the flash of lights would make it look like the water was staying in the air it was fkn sick plus they are all just bad ass nice guys

One of my favourite live bands, they are sooo fun and commited to what they do. Fuckin amazing!

I actually was at that show. It was so insane! Never seen anything comparable.

These guys will always be my favorite metalcore band. They don't do that same, gimmicky break down crap most bands use and have their own sound; hard to find in 99% of metalcore bands this day in age

the only crowd ive seen in my life so far that went about as insane as that was at the PanterA - Domination live in Moscow, Russia look that video up it was insane there was soooooooooooooo let me say again SOOOOOOOOO many people at that venue in fact I do not recall another venue that had as many people ever for any metal band

I saw them at Wacken in 2016 or 2017, don't remember. They did the circlepit around the sound tower again and I was part of it. Also one of the guys who go around the crowd and sell beer from the canisters on their back went crowdsufing once his canister was empty. Then while he was crowdsurfing he shook the last bits of beer out of the hose and made it rain on the crowd. Hype concert.

HSB is fucking awesome. But it seems to me that they are not well known outside of Germany which is sad. Btw that circle pit is small. Watch the With Full Force Festival Circle Pit. Also let me recommend Primordial - No Grave deep enough and Falkenbach - Eweroun

Checkout the band Soulmass. The ideal song choices are 'Chronicles of the Abyss Walker' and 'Throne of Want'.

I've seen them live this year. This crowd behaviour is something that happens on each concert they do. Only thing that isnt so good is that the vocalist doesnt scream throughout the whole songs anymore. You could also check out "endzeit" performed at full force. I dont remember the year, but it was before 2010...

In fact, most of them still have a day-to-day job. Singer Markus Bischoff works as a nurse, the drummer is a teacher, and the bass player is an occupational therapist. Maik Weichert is a lawyer and only the other guitar player, Alex Dietz is a professional musician and producer.

Nah that's not necessarily the case... This years edition is still not sold out (1000 tickets left) and it's only a few days away... However for next years Wacken the tickets might run out a lot faster since it's the 30th Anniversary^^ The reason why the tickets sell that slow compared to previous years is probably because of growing competition with numerous festivals that either didn't exist a few years ago (like Rockavaria in Munich) or became bigger and more recognised throughout the world (like Hellfest and Graspop)
