It took me just shy of a week to listen to this series, and the Spirit has used it to change my heart in a time when i needed it most. Thabk you Pastor Skip, and Calvary Chapel for your fruitful ministry. God's blessings are upon you.

I want to thank Brother Skip for being a great encouragement to me. I am a pastor who loves to teach the Bible, make it easy to understand, and to help others desire to read it, study it, and understand it even more. I want people to LOVE their bible and not see it as something impossible to understand. It seems like more and more churches have fallen to the temptation to allegorize the Scriptures in an effort to defend their "pet" doctrines. I have felt more and more alone in trying to hold to a literal interpretation of text believing that God had it written for man to understand, not only for the "elite" to figure out and tell everyone else what God "meant to say". Skip has been such an encouragement to me and I mean true "encouragement". I really try to encourage our congregation on Sundays through the Word. I find my encouragement here. Thank you. Keep 'em coming!

He’s off a little, but he probably doesn’t know why they translated the way that they did. The prepared new Jerusalem is where we are going during the time of Jacob’s trouble, at the second coming the earth is made perfect. At the end of the 1,000 year reign the wicked are judged then new Jerusalem comes to earth.

Yes skip, please tell us of little John’s delusions while inhaling volcanic gasses on the aisle of Patmos. It must be the word of god… Because nobody ever got high and then had visions & hallucinations like the ones described in the “Holy” Bible.

If heaven comes down why do we not acknowledge we're on earth??

I have questions. I understand these might not be knowable but I'll ask anyway. What will we be doing in Heaven? Is there going to be work for us? Will there be men and women, and if there are, will we be attracted to each other? I do think we will be praising God and worshiping him. One Calvary Pastor, I think it was Eric Cartier, talked of work but I think he was speaking of the Millennial Kingdom.

Where is heaven? Is where God lives. Where do God live? . In born again believers in Christ. Out bodies are His temple house dwelling. Heaven is not a location. We're already in heaven waiting for transformation of our bodies from mortality to immortality to be like Jesus Christ.

I'm sorry but Pastor Skip does not know the book of Revelation, he is a seasoned brother in Christ and yet cannot enter into the divine revelation in this crucial part of the Bible. The last two chapters concerning the New Jerusalem is not heaven-it descends out of heaven! The New Jerusalem is the consummation of the whole Bible! "NOT A MANSION IN THE SKY!" heretical teaching different from the Apostle Johns writings. - "When you have no vision they cast off restraints" Skip-and all those who follows this misleading heretical speaking!

@@philtate1029 Yes of course, I’m “spiritually blind”… However, According to the Chaldeans holy bible, the “rapture” must occur BEFORE the “great tribulation” takes place. So other than the “left behind” series, are you aware of the rapture having already taken place??? Oh wait, this theology only applies to the pre-tribulation believers, but not the post-tribulation goof-balls. I’m guessing you are a post-tribulation,,, AM I right, goofy?
