the question was to mention the y and x so the ans is tempura with heat added

Actually the x is the time and y is the temp
1. Number 1 answer is y-axis shows the temperature x-axis shows the heat add.
1.) Y-axes represents the temperature while the X-axes represents the time 2.) Solid, Liquid, and Gas. 3.) Plateau
