Wahseh, technology is truly making incredible strides! It would be amazing to have Express Parking in Heathrow Airport as well.

They're a lot more bumpy a ride than I imaged, for such an automated system I was expected a butter style ride.

Im a wheelchair user and cant drive (thats not the thing that stops me. I have another thing that does) i would flippin love having something like these to own privately, i get driven around and a live near a metrolink tram stop which is great but it would be so much better to just have something like this to jump into.

Indeed. This British system is coming to 10 years old already and we still don't have anything remotely similar in Singapore. Although it does beg the question if we even need this, since our carparks are relatively close to the terminals or in the terminals.

The RTA CTA(Chicago Transit Authority) could use these ABB ULTra cars to replace the current L system making transport in Chicago easier as you can select where your headed even though the L is a system where trains run tightly together. So there's pretty much a train in every yellow signal. I haven't experienced the ride the ABB ULTra cars offer yet but they seem cool.

It's only at 1 car park which has 2 stations and 1 terminal these don't have a high enough throughput for shuttling between terminals, the airport has shuttle buses and trains which are both free within the airport areas to move from terminal to terminal.

Headlights don't just exist for a driver to see they're also to help the vehicle be seen in the case of these it'll be to be seen by any workers that may be near the track and also for those that are on the track and shouldn't be.

@@glitchFan2428 This ULTpod has the same concept as these Destination Dispatch lift models. Register destination and enter the car. Then car takes you to your destination. Therefore, it's quite similar to a horizontal elevator just that it has more than two floors unlike the Narita Airport Shuttle (that is manufactured by Otis Elevator!).
