HEAT UP 3 - Is it worth it? - [Review & Production Tips]
In this video I give you an honest review and opinion on Heat up 3 by Initial Audio. Also I drop some common music knowledge on why its important to invest into your sounds as a producer. No B/S here, just a plain and simple review on what I think of this plugin, and why you should or should not buy it.
BTW, I'm not sponsored by Initial Audio but I'll tell you why its valuable to me, and some music production advice as well to help motivate you and drive you in a positive direction. In this review I show you a beat I made, only using Heat up 3 by Initial Audio. (showing how effective and useful this VST plugin really is in my workflow.)
I would def. recommend this plugin for all Urban style music producers, pop, hip hop, trap, rnb, etc. Why? because their VSTS are really modern, eclectic, and give you a variety of timbres to spread your music ideas. The most important thing is that you will find it hard to run into road blocks, because of the plethora of sounds that you can have your hands on.
Hope this video can help you make a decision to add this plugin to your library. I haven't stopped using it since I purchased my copy last month. Its been apart of almost, every session in my workflow. I wouldn't recommend anything if I didn't use it my damn self, so I'm sure you will be happy. I would recommend purchasing the bundle packs along with the software to get you started.
For the price, the sounds you get are outstanding compared to most offerings from other vst companies. You will skip thru lots of useless patches with some of these other plugins but I found this one to be significant. Thanks for watching the video, and please help by giving me a thumbs up, and a sub! Thank you sir, well to be honest, i think the expansions are everything. They kind of keep you up to date with the sounds. The ones that come standard are so so. Like all other plugins you can find common standard sounds on all other third party plugins aswell. For me the expansions are where i spend most of my time.

Yes as i mention in the video, i also purchased some additional expansion packs, and they are straight fire!! Some of the layers you hear on this video are from the "platinum pack." If you put the video on "1080p 60 frames" you can actually read the patch name and if it has a "(platin)" that means it was apart of the expansion pack. Hope that helps distinguish which is which.

Ive never had more issues with tying to install expansion packs. Very disappointed with this company atm..
