I think the equivalent of the "Bella Ciao" is "Katyusha" from No Step Back. Both are the most hyped musical pieces from each dlc.

If I would to make a ranking of HOI4 music, overall this DLC ranks the best. With maybe Waking the Tiger and Ethiopian BBA coming next and the main themes also out there close.

I looked at the game files, and if understood it correctly, "Army of the Braves" has a play chance factor of 1 if you play as Poland, otherwise it has a chance factor of 0.05 (the track is very similar to Pierwsza Pancerna so that would make sense) Similar deal with "Bravery of the Minority" except that one is for the Baltic States

Of course, because your player is set to according/shuffled music. That means you can randomly get the music of the other side. Also have you thought if maybe that song is played with the beginning of the great people's war?

for some reason, the track has a very high chance to play if you are at war with any major. maybe it's an oversight and the devs wanted that to only apply if you're playing the USSR. But yeah I got this song to play during german civil war lol

The USSR wasn’t that good but definitely not as bad as portrayed in Western media. It’s mostly a sociocultural factors that makes the USSR seem a bit more “oppressive”, but the US wasn’t any better. There’s millions of true and dark stories behind both nations. There will never be a perfect nation. This world is about the lesser devil.
