Actually ended up being really interesting at the end that the opponent would have won if he just didn't kill the Prismatic Elemental on his last turn! I think that the person in Kibler's chat was actually correct-- Kibler should have killed his own Prismatic Elemental with a Frozen Touch, just to make sure the buff goes on Overflow Surger!

He used the infused frozen touches to pressure the opponent into doing the trading. Going all face is usually an indicator that you have lethal set up, so the DK was pressured into thinking the Radiant Elemental was a threat. Also the that spell damage interaction is kinda obscure so it’s likely the DK didn’t know how he would lose.

Unless stream sniping, there was no reason for him to believe that this this combo is coming out. In normal cases you would clear spell dmg minion so opponent actually has to spend mana to get spell dmg up again. We knew kibler was going for wombo combo and no other dmg spell beside frozen touches but its entirely reasonable for opponent to expect more dmg spell instead of meme combo.

Remember watching your Ysera dream deck, and playing elemental lich Jaina. Decided to try some more Hearthstone with this deck by sacking all my old wild cards and I hit this in my fourth game. I sack my old wild cards too for the most part. I regret it a bit since i cant use them in duels but I'll just be more careful with what I disenchant next time

Or just any minion as each surger that dies passes it on so you have permanent 14 spell damooge as long as u draw a minion.
