Love how they're adding more cards that give you cards "from the past", it lets enfranchised players see cards they haven't played in years and new players see cards they would never get to play otherwise

Gotta be the best games of HS I’ve seen in a long time. I don’t understand why blizzard wouldn’t want more of this and why they shifted the metas so heavily

Personal guess is esports viewership. People are likely to be less interested if games end up being 30 minute value/fatigue slogs. Even though games like these have a lot of crazy moments, average viewer is more likely to tune out.

@@Scarthcaroth that makes sense, all these tiktok brains with no attention span pivoting to wanting shorter games I suppose. But I don’t know how people find aggro/combo metas entertaining. I like games where people actually have to use their brain more

I'm not a fan of 25-30min games. Hearthstone isnt the only video game I play and I don't want to spend 3-4 hours completing quests 🤷🏻‍♂️ I like the pacing of 30 card reno decks tbh, feels like a great in-between (time-wise).

@@FlyingMan23 Valid point from a quest/ladder climb/exp pov. But entertainment wise nothing more boring imo then just firing quick solitaire games one after another playing the same curves infinitely no matter match ups

I love how the Mage had 25 minutes to spare for this amazing clown fiesta and even stuck it out after his Sif was gone, but immediately rage concedes when the King comes on the board lmao.

This is why I feel like identity theft is still too strong. Like we see in the video, Priest can out Mage the Mage, take and play his cards, remove his cards from his deck, and always have the tools to gain armor, health, taunt, or silence the board. I don't really see how any slow deck or fast face deck can reasonably win against this deck unless. Yes it can be fun to watch, but in no way was this fun for the mage who saw his deck dismantled and stolen. I've got to ask, in this situation, what is the mage supposed to do? What tools does Mage(let alone any other class) have to counter Priest?

@@dragonhero14 The Sif theft (a card that should be nerfed) occurred only because Aman'Thul randomly discovered Harvester of Envy. I think this is more funny than mages playing "school discovery" by themselves and, just as you are about to win, they end the game with Sif and a couple 10 damage arcane bolts. (Which is a very consistent strategy\occurrence ).

You would be surprised how long people stay in lost games, I play a greedy 40 card Blood DK and more than 25% of my games are waiting for my opponent to concede. Either I Dirty rat/patchwork their combo or wipe the agro board twice but because my deck takes so dam long to actually kill the opponent they just waste both our time. Lol and 1/4 games I win end in "Your opponent left" (they closed Hearthstone) xd

I haven't played HS in a while. Been watching your videos again and I think I'll jump back in and try it. This sealed the deal for me. This looked like fun. Crazy how neither of you were low on cards and could continuously get value from everything.

Hey Mr Kibler, one suggestion from a viewer that is new to Hearthstone and enjoys your content: It would be awesome for inexperienced player and viewer to see all of the cards that are being played on turns like the ones where Rommath card was played, by clicking all the time sometimes I miss what is being played and completely lose it. I know that you basically know what is being played instantly, but that simple thing could mean a lot in understanding what is going on in the game. I hope that you don't take it the wrong way, love the content and gameplay, keep it up and all the best in New Year!
