so glad this was my first Kibler stream, a lot of great moments went down

Reminds me of a game of SC2, were one of the players in a 3 or 4 player game did " the 20 minute tech switch to protoss," as a zerg using mind control on a Probe. Kibler just teched straight from Lock to Din.

3:20 The Klaxxi Amber-Weaver got the Health buff, but the C'thun had 1 attack. BUG CONFIRMED

C'thun isn't only a card, but also a perma-buff applied to your hero. C'thun cards dont check the card, only the buff.

Yup, you can even play C'Thun buff cards without C'Thun in your deck, and the "if your C'Thun has at least 10 attack" cards will still trigger if you buffed C'thun over 10 even though he isn't even in your deck.

+Netsuko Yoshikawa I feel like this logic is actually somewhat consistent though. Most Cthun cards have the clause "Wherever your Cthun is" which can imply even if it is dead it can receive buffs. However if it's on the field and you can clearly see its attack is not at the correct amount then that is inconsistent. I don't think they should change it though because that would obviously cause problems when multiple Cthuns exist in one deck. I do think it's relevantly different from your example though

Man, I love playing a renounce deck. I lose a lot, but when it works, it's goddamn magical.

That win was so much sweeter for the druid bm when you renounced darkness, you could tell he thought he had it in the bag.

Corporal_Cake Yeah. It's been used quite a bit for the lulz. It really isn't meta worthy just because drawing it late is terrible and certain classes don't really have the tools to win with random class cards. I've personally played against it three times, got crushed once on turn one coin Renounce into druid and won handily against the other two that got Mage and shaman, all while playing the same deck. It is too inconsistent to ever see top tier play but when it goes well there really isn't much that can stop it.

Renouncing darkness? Secret pally is way darker.

I played against a deck like yours, a warlock deck that turned into paly. I was playing Mage in ranked, had 6 hp left to his 22. He played happy rag, got him to 30. I played sly, fireballed it and took him to heal myself. He ten played tiry, so I facelessed it, polyed it, and pinged it (thanks to emperor's ability) and he immediately surrendered

Once he is in the sideline and his attack hits 10, all minions who have the LifeBreak ability will be active for the rest of the game. You notice later on how he buffs him with the Dark arrakoa, when it shows C'thun on the sideline he still has his big stats. He is still treated as having over 10 attack.

But using attack buffs like Abusive and Blessing of Kings etc, on C'Thun causes Klaxxi and other 10 attack C'Thun battlecries to work, so shouldn't the reverse be true?

Think of it as a Continuous skill with a permanent condition. Once it is fulfilled once, it remains active the rest of the game regardless of what his attack becomes.

The druid was actually 1 off lethal at the end. Buffed C'thun and attack for 4, hero power for 1, fatigue damage for 1, would have left Kibler at 1 health.

Problem is, I think it should work like that. C'Thun's buff (even though it is somewhat simple) should not be shut down in the late game just because you fix it's attack on board. That turns the entire deck Vanilla because you have a 3 drop Aldor Peacekeeper or a 1 Mana humility. That's the kind of thing they are trying to avoid with BGH, hence the nerf. Is the complete removal and loss of tempo because you went all in and your opponent has a cheap easy and powerful answer. I don't even play C'thun decks so don't make me out to be some biased "hurr durr C'thun player" But it isn't coded wrong. It appears in the sideline as still having it's buffed attack so they obviously meant to do it that way. The C'thun buff is treated as a cost for these kinds of minions. Sorry you are upset that your humility cannot shut down someones entire deck.

He it is! MY C'thun! On the board with 1 attack! Why the minion i just played is buffed? "But it isn't coded wrong" Yes it is! Card text says one thing, game does completly different. Your C'Thun is 1/15, but game is showing another C'thun with different stats in this cloud/portal.

I don't think it'd be any worse an offender than the new Alchemist Priest got, which would still be a better card. I really just disagree. Sylvanus and Cairne pretty much have the 6 mana slot on lockdown, especially since N'Zoth is the way to build control Paladin now. I think it would frequently be a one-of, but nothing more than that really.

MediocreWumbo Cairne is easily removable for a 6 heal and 1/1 extra in stats. For the other one you can take out one copy of literally any minion that's not sylv, tirion, or nzoth. It's tirion that makes control pally good, not cairne lol. Even if you only feel comfortable including one, that's still a card that gets auto-included in every deck.

some people don't think. he has a 5/7 taunt up that buffed his cthun. he could of hit kibler in the face for 5 and wait for fatigue to give him the win. kibler should of lost that match.

+ZDY Because it's overpowered. It doesn't just give you cards from another class in a fair manner...I've seen it give a guy THREE Mistcallers IIRC. The cards it gives are just what you need to win the game. I've never seen yet a Warlock in any of my games lose when he plays that card.

+Emo it's called RNG... It has existed since the game began and this set just happened to have a little more than usual. Jesus calm down the game has always been mostly RNG based

This card is seriously broken. If you're on the receiving end of it, it sure isn't funny.
