Her attention to her craft is evident in that she sings in American English without any accent whatsoever, as if she grew up here, even though she speaks well but with a significant accent, e.g. starting at 4:40 and on many other videos. If you listen to her sing Karen Carpenter with your eyes closed, it's hard to tell it's not Karen. Gigi has a remarkable ability to mimic American singers perfectly, in a seemingly limitless range of styles, while also having her own unique sound when desired. She is clearly gifted, yet her gifts are matched by her attention to detail and vocal craftmanship. Remarkable. Based on those I've heard, Gigi is worldwide the finest singer of her generation. Technically flawless, joyfully expressive, and gorgeous to boot. Please come to the USA!

in 04:40 the guys are having fun with their English. It's a Filipino thing I think. But I understand what you are saying, lots of us Filipinos have broken English and Gigi (and most Filipino singers and most Filipinos) can definitely mimic American english well :)
