The biggest problem in Bharat is, Doctors doing blood pathology or radiology never provide such information or consultation like you being an invasive doctor is doing 👏....i had personally shared the feedback at both Dang Pathology and Mahajan Diagnostic..... no response....

@jobit3834 There is vast misinterpretation of data within CT Angio and Cath Angio. A ct angio can refer 50% blockage person on medications while cath angio might show blockage less than 20% .... therefore a fractional flow reserve-computed tomography (FFR-CT) report should be made mandatory. BTW MY INITIAL COMMENT WAS ABOUT PATHOLOGISTS AND RADIOLOGISTS NOTHING TO DO WITH BLOCKAGES...

TEE can show the plaques in the Aorta( main blood vessel arising from heart) and in rare cases at the ostial (opening of )coronary arteries but not the disease or obstruction in the length of coronary artery

Dr muze kabhi kabhi left side ke yaha dard hota hai. Mene alredy achhe cardiologist se 2d echo kiya hua hai. Par cardiologist ne kaha ki heart ekdum proper functioning kar raha hai aur fit bhi hai. Fir mere left side main bich bich main kabhi bhi chotasa dard kyu hota hai ? Muze acidity ka bhi issue hai. Aur muze 6 months ho gaye mene ciggerate drink sab chij band karke. Abhi main non veg main sirf fish khata hun wo bhi thoda. Baki roj fruits sabji green vegetables sab khata hun. Kya muze wapis karana chaihiye kya 2d echo ? Aur muze sas ka kuch bhi taklif nahi hai. Mera weight 6 months pehle 86 tha aaj wo 75 hai . Main roj 15/20 min brisk walk ya normal walk bhi karta hun.khane ka portion bhi mene kam kiya hai.

Sir muje chest me pain hee ..eco ecg t&t normal hee Muje gabhra ne ke jarur nahee hee

Today i had my Eco 2d and TMT. All normal.

Excellent video. As a requirement from an insurance company I had got the echo done last year . I did not go with any complaints of symptoms . This echo was done by a technician and not by a doctor , in fact the cardiologist didn’t even speak to me post echo and I was issued the report by the reception. This was done at Narayana Hospital in Bangalore . Now after watching this video I am little unsure about how reliable is this echo test ? Kindly guide .

Nothing wrong in getting it repeated. But even a technician in NH would be of decent quality. They do so many ECHOs in a day

Sir In Big Corporate Hospitals 2D Echo is being mostly done by Technicians and they don't spend much time in doing a test . How much we can rely on such tests .They mostly record EF , and you are right that it is mostly a subjective test.

CT.Angogram is for batter after 45 years.

Hello Dr. I had gone for City Coronary Angiography 2 years ago. No blockage found. But I have still rapid n slow heart beat as well as skip beat problem. I have taken Tab Ciplar n Embeta as well. But within a month I hv to go through rapid heartbeat. I have done holter elr ecg echo trademil and even eletrophysiography. But problem didn’t detect yet.

Sir my cholesterol triglycerides ldl and non hdl levels are very high since past 1.5 yr. I took lipid profile 2 days back triglycerides were 383 total cholesterol was 377. Non hdl was 342 and ldl was 282. Sir these levels are since 1.5 year. My question sir is will there be a blockage in my arteries? Should i undergo angiography? Age 28 years

Sir my ECG is normal eco is normal and tmt test is also normal but still I have heart pain when I run or do exercise and also having slow breathing problem sometimes I feel little pain in my left shoulder left forearm and tingling in left hands fingers slow little pain comes and stop what should I do I show 3 heart specialist they all told me that your heart is fine but i have to travel a lot outside home remotely 3 times I got shortness of breath and fast heart bit please suggest me doctors told me it's anxiety and give me sleeping small 0.5 mg tab only and one more thing I have consistent gas problem please kindly suggest me
