Two rare comedic pieces from Heart. Originally issued on the 2 LP set, Greatest Hits/ Live (1980). These were only reissued once in 2008 on The Essential Heart 3.0 Limited Edition on Disc Three.
About these recordings: Both tracks were recorded at Kaye Smith Studios in Seattle, Washington, in 1980. "Hit Single" is a mocking parody at the record companies constantly asking for hits. "Strange Euphoria" is the band experimenting with sound and utilizing the facets of the studio.
