It’s crazy that you mention the heart sensations at night in particular. I’ve been having these for a few months now. If I am on my side my heart will beat faster at times and keep me awake. Sometimes there is a sharp pain when I breathe in. I’ve never had problems sleeping until this started happening. I’ve been to the doctor for this and everything is normal.

omg ! me too. I really thought a hospital visit was needed but I also kinda knew it had something to do with my heart chakra due to my daily chakra meditations.

This heart opening that we are both going through, is such a receptive portal, that I feel from my DM- what I thought I had healed, has both cracked open!! I never felt such sensations of awareness to bring within myself to expand a more authentic openness, to more than I thought possible!!💖💖✨️✨️💞

I woke this morning with an anvil on my chest. I placed my hand on my chest and pressed down hard to check for bruising or something physical. I found nothing. I checked my pulse, and it was normal for 8am. The pain in my chest has been unbearable. I was driving to meet my dear friend and I was hunched over my steering wheel with it. I believe I am in spiritual pain.

Oh my, of course, this message came to me today. Today i had intense emotions out of the blue today! I couldnt focus on anything. Very messy. Wow! ❤

Well now I understand I actually went to the ER got EKGs test man it was scary it all started about a month ago at 11 a.m I could feel my heart pouncing beating so fast that I wouldn’t go to sleep because I thought I was going to have a heart attack and die I’m only 38 but man the beating was so hard that I could feel each heartbeat in my throat at times I could feel like a burst of blood with pressure that will run through my heart and feel it in my esophagus it would make me so anxious it would actually make me breath weird it was so scary. Well the doctor said everything came back OK. But As the month has gone by I can still feel the heart pain every now and then the heart Throbs. So I really understand.So now I really don’t know what to do but I’m so thankful it’s not a heart attack

My heart center awaken felt like my heart was connected to my twin soul with a magnet when we hug it will actually feel like a pull to her heart it was the weirdest thing I ever felt. That’s what happened to my when my kundalini activated.

Mine was triggered yesterday my dm looks like me and me and my brother look alike and my brother came to visit me yesterday and was looking at his and could see my twin in him like my dm was here too and it opened my heart chakra its was a mager one too

All these are real true it i experience these but last night was intense my brother triggered it he looks like my twin thank you u open my eyes to this thanks much

I fell in love with the people around me. With strangers and simple situations. With the sky and every Rock I walked by. I started laughing at shitty situations-realizing that they weren't shitty at all.. It's just the Universe, giving me a chance to act differently. People around me started to treat me like I was made of solid gold. But the most important of all.. I fell in love with myself! Each charcal was opening one to one, and I didn’t know was happening on my body!!. Then I knew what was happening. My corona chakra was really painful, I felt and heard like something was cracked in muy head, and I had the sensation that I was throwing from muy bed like a bullet. The whole process of opening muy chakras was really painful!. Everything stared in the middle a traumatic experience.

I feel like God is punishing me. I mean, I guess I would rather be awaken than oblivious, but what good is it in knowing & you can't do anything about it? Why can't I be as care free & free as him, them, or others? I feel stuck in this same place. I am so ready to elevate!

I've experienced many of these. I want to ask. Yesterday I felt at my left chest, to the heart side, an energy like a running circle going round the chest faster and faster. It was something like heat and almost pain, but not in a really bad way. What does it mean?

Had to come to this comment section, I have just had my first experience I think of my heart centre opening up I could feel the energy flow upwards to my heart ❤ then my head was sore for a min then major shaking inside ended with high pitched ringing in my ears I am on a self healing journey using meditation but been feeling energy for months now I was almost ready to call an ambulance I got a fright tbh is this what I just experienced, I really need guidance 😊

You can work on healing each chakra by themselves. Generally, it is recommended to work from the bottom (root chakra) to the top (crown chakra) as the root chakra serves as the foundation and energy flows from bottom to top. Any blockages or overactivity in one chakra can throw off the balance in other chakras. Hope this helps!

Can twin flames signs both be masculine? I have about 3 ideas as to why my heart chakra has awakened but I strongly believe it is in connection to my TF. That sensation at night be beyond me. It'll happen at night depending on how I feel. I can wake up the next day and be perfectly fine.
