When I first met my twin I was married with two young children and my twin lived in my neighborhood, but I'd never met him. He came over one day bc he'd contracted my services for some work he needed done and after he left I had one of those movie-esque slink down the door moments of intense sobbing and shaking, realizing I was feeling the most intense Divine and unconditional love I had ever experienced. That was 2.5 years ago. To this day, even though we're in our 3rd-4th separation, I feel him so intensely in my heart, sometimes it's painful. In the beginning if I was on a trip, he'd beg me to come home because he palpably felt I was gone and it was painful. After the bubble phase of all that, I don't know what he feels now, other than I know he was having severe chest pains in August that never medically amounted to anything to the best of my knowledge. Thank you for this video 🙂 there are still times amidst the frustration of this journey that I wonder if maybe I just made it all up, maybe I was just weak and then he came along and I attached to that. But when I hear time and time again that others go through the exact same experience I have, I'm reminded that it's all real and blessed and for a purpose ❤️

I met my TF in September 2015. We worked together until October 2016 when I moved to another job. In late December 2016, I had a slight heart chakra opening, but it came full force in early January. I was laying on my bed and just had full palpitations, fullness in my chest and everything. Because I had already started reading about TF’s, I wasn’t scared it was medical in nature and just laid there and let it happen. It actually felt nice because I started to feel connected to something so much bigger and more expensive and it felt wonderful. I swear I even felt someone stroking my cheek.

This is what I’m going through right now in this moment. I’m with my twin flame and I’ve blocked all the energy and put up walls and yet he is still here. I knew he was my twin flame I knew that I was meant to meet him and both of us have grown so much since we met. After meeting my person on line for the first time and later having a very brief video chat, then after a day or two later, I was sitting in my apt on the sofa just relaxing and out of the clear blue sky I had the most intense heart chakra opening I've ever experienced in my life. It's like I was having a panic attack or something. During that particular episode, my person phoned me from overseas! I nervously answered the phone and told him I was missing him so bad and don't understand the reason for it because he's a stranger!!! He said to me, "I feel it too!" He was missing me as well. That overwhelming energy quickly started to subside as soon as I heard his voice! It happened again but this time I was sitting at my office desk at work. Again it was do intense it caused me to get up and try to walk and breathe it away! Again my person phoned me during this episode as well and I felt such relief. His energy somehow calmed me instantly. Sounds a little woo woo but nevertheless true. We are from different countries different languages. Culture, Color, huge gape of 19 years!!! I'm older. Omg! What a journey of highs and lows.

I remember the moment my heart chakra opened with a bang. I had met my twin flame but had no idea what it was. I had gone through somewhat of a dark night of the soul, though it wasn't bad for me. I thought I was doing deity work, and I did my very first Shiva meditation to remove negative energies. When I tell you it came out of nowhere, it doesn't seem fitting enough. It was like lightning from clear sky. I just felt a sudden wave of love like I had never felt in my +30 years of life and I started crying. Where before this I kept saying I loved myself, it all came from ego and I had no idea what the feeling actually was. Afterwards I knew what it was to truly love. It sounds so corny, but it's true. I didn't have a loving upbringing, by any means. I truly had no idea what love was and I had never said it to anyone. Now I keep telling it to myself every day and it feels amazing to actually feel it ❤

I have previously commented on other videos here, so I won’t go into detail, but yes the heart activations are mostly a beautiful sensation, the best way i can describe it is like a million little golden lights exploding gently from my heart chakra. However before I had experienced the heart activations, my first experience a few weeks after meeting him 6 years ago was a crown activation. I was just driving down the road mad with happiness that a loved welled up so strong inside me that traveled up through my crown and burst forth. I had never felt anything like that ever happen in my life, I think now that it was the rising of kundalini. The heart activations only started happening about a year ago. Also when I come into close proximity of him, even if I don’t know he’s there, my heart will race and pump that hard that it felt like bursting out of my chest, very intense and not comfortable at all. A feeling I’ve been getting just recently is in the solar plexus, it’s like that feeling you get just before you go down the hill of a roller coaster ride.

That opening sentence hit me hard. 1-1-2020, I was pouring my morning coffee. Out of nowhere, I felt as though some kind of stone casing around my heart chakra cracked, fell away as this energy took over my entire body & filled the kitchen. I dropped to my knees, cried for 20 min, questioned my sanity, my health & heard "just breathe. This is part of the process" & "awakening" came to mind. It wasn't even the word. More like an understanding of this state of being I was in. I got on Google & so many things confirmed. I've always been on the spiritual side, been through DNOTS starting at 13, dabbled with chakras, tarot, energy work, etc. So I'd read about it before, experienced stuff here & there... nothing like this. Nah, I felt like an overcharged battery of love & joy. Pure blessed energy. The pull feeling started in this, but the energy was crazy & felt desperate, confused at times. Like my soul was reaching outward, but no idea what, how, where or why. It comes now for 1-3 wks at time. No medical issues either. I can calm it enough to breathe properly, but it's constant when it happens. By about day 5, I'm mentally exhausted & fking over it. I spent the next 2 wks doing a lot of grounding, sitting with the activations & buzzings that came up. I enjoyed it & thought I was losing it at the same time. It was also a few days into this activation that I came across twin flames for the first time. I'm not sure if this one particular Sir is my TF, but if so, we hadn't physically met nor consciously crossed paths at the time. It would be another 1.5yrs before I'd see him. Only just now started realizing how so many things align with the TF concept. Even yesterday, I came across an old post I made in a group asking about the pull sensation... one of my replies in comments was "the only thing I came across was about TF separation, but I haven't met anyone who fits that." Lol that post was from right around the time he & I first saw eachother & this weird unspoken dance of wtf began. God, I sound like a crazy person...

I don't wanna be the runner. It hurts my heart. so I'm trying to give the healing process everything I have and more. My flame says that the thought of not being with me makes him queasy.. I feel the exact same. We both want to be together. This has been a wild ride. And I have done much healing thus far. I feel as though I on the right path. For him and I are both experiencing ascension symptoms. I wish anyone on a similar journey all the love and strength the universe has to give. This is not easy. But nothing worth it ever is.

Yes, in fact if you are experiencing these sensations your twin is likely experiencing them too, possibly even simultaneously. However they may be dismissing the symptoms or ignoring them, depending on where they are at in the connection energetically 💛🙏🏻

I’d say definitely yes. My DM upon the first few times having contact with me would be as nervous as hell. I worked at a cafe and when he would come up to the counter to be served he’s cheeks would go all red, and he would fumble with his money and drop it, he had a hard time talking. 😂🥰 so freaking cute. But it was all in the eyes where the magic happened.

Twin flame heart activation is no joke. Mine were and still are so intense. At first it was so emotional I thought I was pregnant from my twin. But it was the intensity of our connection. Then when I left Cali to go to Hawaii it caused a whole bunch of other heart activations. After 6 months. I was trying to disconnect from him because of his karmic situation. He said it was easier to just block me. One week of that was awful. Then he unblocked me. During that time i worked on me and listened to some of your subliminals.
