I made this and it tastes good but came out rubbery?? What did I do wrong, was my thought as I followed the recipe? I love your videos and you are so sweet. I guess I just suck at banana bread, lol. 🙄

It was the flax, you didn't do anything wrong 😊

I made this the day after I saw your vdo. Best banana bread ever! Have you made this with pineapple? It's not creamy like bananas. I was thinking of mixing some apple sauce with it, or maybe two bananas.

@@Plantfitlife I used one can of pineapple blitzed in the blender. When I make it again, I'll use two cans: one blitzed and one chunked. But really, I've made the banana bread about 6 or 7 times I think. I'm making it again today. I've shared this with non--vegan friends and they're surprised and like it. Had a couple Japanese friends visiting and they continued to request it. They even taste tested it with a slice of bb from our local coffee shop. Although both were good, they preferred the rich banana flavor of your recipe. Thanks. Duffer Oh, I only use a pinch of salt.
