Healthy Meal and Snack Ideas! | Spaghetti Squash, Veggie Pizza, Homemade Popcorn, Green Smoothie

My definition of 'healthy': Eating as many whole, unprocessed foods as possible without being super restrictive. Of course, the pizza crust and sauce are processed but I put a rainbow of vegetables on top and it is better than getting pizza from a pizza shop or Dominos. My point is that you can still eat pizza and Wawa if you're trying to eat 'healthy'. Also, cheese is a good source of fat and calcium if you are not vegan. I don't consume dairy often, but when I do it's from cheese or the occasional ice cream.
Spaghetti Squash Instructions:
- Cut squash whatever way you want, take out the guts from the inside.
- Season however you like. I used olive oil spray, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Turn squash over onto either a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. I forgot, but usually, I poke holes in the squash with a fork
-Bake in the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 35-45 minutes depending on your oven. I did mine for 35 and I think it came out with burnt spots because it was on foil. Usually, I bake on parchment paper, but I was out.
-Pull the squash with a fork from the outside inwards to create a spaghetti-like look. Then add whatever toppings you want!

Veggie hoagie, wheat roll, pepper jack cheese, avocado, extra vinegar, lettuce, tomato, sweet peppers, spinach.
