Avoid oily foods but virgin coconut oil and virgin olive oil are good substitute for all other oils.

கல்லீரலில் கொழுப்பு சேராமல் பாதுகாப்பது குறித்த விளக்கம் கூறுகிறார். உடற்பயிற்சி மட்டுமே கல்லீரலை பாதுகாக்கும். நல்ல உணவு பழக்கம்(கீரை,காய்கறி) இரண்டாவது. ஆண்கள் இடுப்பு சுற்றளவு 80cm கீழும் பெண்கள் 70cm கீழும் அவசியம். கல்லீரல் பாதிப்பு மற்ற உறுப்புகளை போல ஆரம்பத்திலேயே வெளிக்காட்டாது. மிகுந்த கவனம் தேவை. குடிப்பழக்கம், கொழுப்பு உணவுகள் தவிர்ப்பது நல்லது.

Pl explain why the liver goes failures n wat diet we must use to avoid liver damage.....waste interview.....simple telling don't use alcohol...tats all....all know that we should not drink alcohol....the doctor till end of the interview didn't tell wat diet we must use to avoid liver damage.
