Healthy Korean Recipe | 1980s Dosirak (SHAKE & EAT) | Korean Lunchbox Healthy Asian Meal Prep Ep 31.

Ойын-сауық

Hey guys! We got a really fun bento box recipe that requires you to shake the lunchbox as violently as you can. We're throwing it back to the 1980s where the students in Korea would shake their bento boxes to make an instant Kimchi fried rice with some sort of protein. Traditionally, you would see some sausage or spam here but we decided to go with chicken breast since it's healthy and really loads on the protein for this recipe. Try it out for yourselves and let me know how it goes!
Ingredients:
1lb chicken breast
2 cups kimchi
10 cloves of garlic
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp rice wine
2 Tbsp monkfruit sweetener
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
Salt & Pepper
Jalepenos
3 Eggs
Recipe:
1. Slice chicken and add 1 tbsp rice wine, salt and pepper, marinade for 30 mins - 2 hours.
2. Slice kimchi, heat pan, add 1 Tbsp oil stir fry kimchi, add 1 tbsp dashida (optional), 1 tbsp monkfruit sweetener, 1 tbsp sesame oil (optional, don't do it if you're dieting!)
3. Heat pan, add chicken mixture from earlier to heated pan with 1 teaspoon of oil. Then add in 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp monkfruit sweetener, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp rice wine, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until it turns thick and sauceyy
4. Make eggs, plate, and enjoy!

You have a misunderstanding. Place kimchi and sesame oil at the bottom and put rice on top of it. Lunch boxes are made of iron or aluminum. And if you put your lunch box on the stove in the cold winter. The kimchi at the bottom is being fried. After that, it was to shake and mix.
