    我喜欢吃米饭更喜欢吃面条,但自从11月查血时查到血糖高出一倍高,有糖尿病,我马上不吃米饭和面条,吃粗粮,吃半粗粮,,青菜吃多一点,一个月以后我的血糖降下来了。一定要坚持有决心。

    我自己的真正经历。。。我糖尿病3年了不管吃什么药也不能控制血糖升高但是我最近3个月停止了吃米饭和所有米粉做的食物,我都吃菜和鱼猪肉血糖奇迹般的往下走。大家可以试试看,过后就可以开始少量吃米饭。

    @@zzzwohoya 草饲牛肉虽然属于绿色食品,但毕竟是红肉,还是不宜多吃,最好的当然是野生鲑鱼,但由于海洋污染其体内重金属超标也是常见,最佳办法还是多吃蔬菜,尤其有机绿叶蔬菜
