    我吃由白米+各种杂粮与杂豆组成的杂粮饭,一次煮很多,用保鲜膜包裹成一小份冻起来,吃的时候微波炉叮三分钟,淀粉经过回生后,对血糖更加友好。 我一般是狂吃菜(蔬菜+豆制品+肉类),辅以杂粮饭,有时候不吃杂粮饭就改吃红薯或者山药,或者这一顿干脆不摄入碳水。 说实话,还是精米白面好吃。😂 对了,我还坚持204断食法,开始不习惯,现在已经习惯了。

    老师你好 我用验血器验出空腹血糖是5.8mmol 餐后2小时再验则提高到8.8mmol 那么我是属于糖尿病前期还是已经得到糖尿病了呢。。。🙏

    建議您去做HbA1c的測試 測試結果可以準確得知您 近期三個月的血糖平均值 也能用來診斷糖尿病前期 或者是否有患糖尿病 早發現 早治療 ❤️

    這卻取決於您的身高、體重、年齡、性別、活動量。。。 一般而言 糖尿病患者應該從碳水化合物中攝取45%的每日卡路里 您可以透過一些App去根據您的狀況來計算總熱量需求 希望對您有幫助 ❤

    主持人在哪个国家学的中文?“优格“是什么东西?您是想让人听懂还是不想?近二三十年有些人故意用英文词的发音(和用法)代替原有规范的中文词,这样做的结果就是破坏中文的整体性和原有的权威性。为什么?出于什么动机?这样做很时髦?还是本来不会但想让别人误认您会讲流利的英文?酸奶叫优格,咸肉叫培根。樱桃叫舍利子;每小时100公里非要说成100千米每小时(有的时候甚至连权威电视台主持都这样讲)。有病吗?是不是再过几年面包应该叫布莱德?牛奶叫米尔克?当然这种做法可能是港台开始有些崇洋媚外的人传进大陆的。但他们大概不明白那些人这样做是殖民地文化的遗留,绝对不是什么值得骄傲的事情。有关部门应该管一管,不然再过几十年中文会变成日文那样的“杂拌儿”语言

    語言是約定俗成而且會隨時地文化而改變,優格、酸奶、優酪乳,都是同一種食物不同稱呼,你真的不需氣呼呼的,南橘北枳,同樣都是橘子,你為何不貶斥古人胡亂來?就我看來,視頻主沒錯,錯在你以管窺天,少了世界觀,因為以華人圈來看,同種東西不同名稱的例子多的是。中華文化廣博,在於廣、博,就我看,更在於融和,語言貴在融和才有新意,你不知Singlish 融和英語、新加坡、馬來西亞方言嗎?人家國力有衰退嗎?順便一提,臺灣都說「優格」沒在說「酸奶」,但我們也接受「酸奶」一詞,因為那根本不是個問題。
