In this video we will talk about the best routine a person can adopt while one is getting older.
This includes your physical activity,diet,your sleeping behavior as well as how well you sleep everyday.
Physical activity from the start of the day and the earlier it begins the better & should include activities like walking,jogging,running,going ro gym for workout etc.Physical activity not only improves blood circulation to different organs but also relieves one from stress and help have a better quality Sleep.
Dietry pattern should include balanced diet encompassing good amount of fiber,lean protein and healthy fats as well as micronutrients and vitamins.
Supplements including zinc,Magnesium, Selenium, vitamin B, C and A should also be included in the diet.

    ڈاکٹر صاحب آپ کے سارے تجاویز کے ساتھ میرا اتفاق ہے لیکن صبح 7 بجے اٹھنے سے نہیں۔رات کو 9 یا 10 بجے سونا چاہیے اور صبح فجر کے لئے اٹھنا چاہیے۔

    کوشت کی وجہ سے اپ کا شوگر نہیں ڑ بڑتا،ہاضمہ ٹھیک رہتا ہے اس وجہ سے آپ کو صحیح نیند آتی ہے۔اگر شوگر ٹائپ 2 کے مریض ہے تو آپ بغیر دوائیوں کےصرف ورزش اور کیٹو ڈائیٹ جیسے ڈائیٹ ٹھیک ہوسکتے ہے
