How often do we pay attention to the other factors in our life that affect our health apart from the food we eat?
Integrative Nutritionist Neha throws light on these aspects, which allows people to understand which areas of their life need attention and provides tools and strategies to improve them. Being a vegan, Neha also emphasizes on the power of plant-based foods that are alive and brimming with all the nutrients and antioxidants one needs to combat health issues.
It's normal to focus on the food we eat to improve our weight or any other health conditions. But in today's fast-paced world, insufficient sleep, stressors (relationship, finances etc.), sedentary lifestyle and toxin exposure - all of these adversely affect our health and directly or indirectly impact the digestion and nutrient absorption of the food. Hence it's important to educate ourselves about all these factors to be able to holistically heal our bodies because we all need to thrive and not just survive. Neha Ranglani is an Integrative nutritionist and health coach practicing for the last 14 years and has helped 20000+ people across the globe to become health independent and take charge of their own health. She believes our body has this innate ability to heal itself provided it's fed with the right raw materials in terms of food, thoughts, emotions and actions. She helps people reverse and manage obesity, diabetes, thyroid, PCOS, infertility and any other issue in the most natural way possible. In less than 2 years she has authored 2 books in her Reboot Series and wishes to write many more.
