Jon McLeod really you believe she deserves that after what happened to her ? She didn’t testify against them I think the goal was to have her tell what happened but she couldn’t remember anything . The case was mishandled and botched but don’t shame her . She never pointed fingers . She told her rehab from that night and what little that she could remember . That case had no evidence . That women doesn’t deserve the hate either . They did confess tho most likely totally coherenced . Just remember she didn’t do that she was a victim . I’m sure making her testify was a trick for the lawyers but I bet she never wanted to testify . Could you imagine not remembering anything and being told this is who we think attacked you now go to court and look at them . Idk that had to tough . Like I said botched case and it’s terrible but she isn’t the evil villain here .

How do you write a book AND BE A motivational speaker If you do not remember what happened to you. To be a good motivational speaker Means to me to Speak to the innocent people Who were blamed For attacking you.. And find forgiveness in your heart to them And maybe Speak To the real criminal Who attacked you/her But in reality we know And we saw That didn't happen Who are the black and Latino Men Who spent their time in prison And unable to To live In THE outside world And you don't even take the time To meet with them And Say I'm sorry for your loss As well as mind.. That would be something to speak about when you are speaking to other people. That's just my opinion. As women in this world As well as men We must be smart Growing up in New York We were always Taught Not to go in Central Park at night By yourself or other areas Things happen. Always jog And walk in pairs Even on the Subway Things happen any and everywhere on this planet. You Never know who is evil standing around you. It would have been nice To hear her say I'm sorry Black people Are always The ones Who always forgiving White people.

She NEVER accused the boys as she stated that she couldn’t remember. If we need to scoff at people making books; it should be Linda Fairstein - the prosecutor who still insists the boys are guilty and who had a prime role in the condemnation of the boys. She is making millions living in Martha’s Vinyard with best selling books. #boycottlindafairstein

The prosecutors used her to help sway the jury and she was willing to do so with no knowledge about anything. She turned a blind eye on the injustice against 5 innocent boys. Yeah it’s true she did nothing, and doing nothing can be just as bad as committing a crime.

Anybody who has ever truly experienced real trauma knows that the pain you've experienced is not worth the suffering of 5 other people. This lady doesn't remember her trauma so she doesn't think twice about the people who suffered at her expense. The "I suffered for no reason so I dont care who else does" mentality is extremely entitled and immature. They had no part in your suffering but you did in theirs- just because something bad happened to you doesn't mean you dont have to take accountability for how your actions affect other people for the rest of your life. The additional victims are still owed an apology and acknowledgment of their suffering.

She looked like she was tortured."[14] Meili was so badly injured that she was in a coma for 12 days. She had severe hypothermia, severe brain damage, severe hemorrhagic shock, loss of 75-80 percent of her blood, and internal bleeding.[15][19][20][21] Her skull had been fractured so badly that her left eye was dislodged from its socket, which in turn was fractured in 21 places

Reading all these comments is just horrible. This interview isn't about who did the attack, that is not mentioned once. It is about how the attack has affected her and her life. She isn't asked any questions about the boys who got arrested. The interview is purely about the attack and how she has dealt with it. So quit dishing out dirty jabs at her when what she went through is horrific. Remember she is the victim. I am not saying the the exhounerated 5 arnt victims because they are, but this interview is not about that.
