Health Care Staffing & Home Healthcare Explained

Last year I did an interview on @earnyourleisure where I was the first guest to speak on entrepreneurship in the Healthcare space. In that video I talked about my experience in Healthcare Staffing and In Home Healthcare. At one point it was clear that the two being very similar in name was creating some confusion.
Since that interview I've continued to talk about my success in both businesses and and still I get asked "How do I start A nurse Staffing home care company" some sort of mash up of two different types of Healthcare companies. This doesn't quite exist so I'm setting the record straight
In today's video I'm going to put this confusion to rest and clarify what Healthcare Staffing is and what Home Healthcare is. I am going to discuss the different categories of each, how they are similar, how they are different, who should start one of these businesses, and how I can help you get started. Placement with a home care agency on a staffing assignment or you have a home care agency and got a patient?

I have started home care services but in a very small way, taking care of the patient myself because that's the first referral I got through a group of neighbours so I engaged only one staff to help me. Iam hoping to turn the business into a home care agency when I get more clients

Can you use the same liability or workers comp insurance for both Home care and Staffing agency if you are running both agencies?

Yes but you will have to tell your carriers.
