Wasn't aware about so much benefits, used to feed pigeons regularly however never ate this serial on a regular basis. Will certainly include it in my diet.

डॉ साहब बाजरा खाने से हानि होते हुए कभी सुनी नहीं। हमारे बचपन में तो सब बाजरा ही खाते थे। गेंहू तो त्योहार या मेहमान आने पर ही काम में लेते थे।

विटामिन व कुछ मिनरल की कमी से ऐसा होता है। ताज़ा फल व सब्जियां बढ़ाएं। पानी की कमी से भी हो सकता है इसलिए पानी पीना भी बढ़ाएं। पानी कैसे बढ़ाएं पर विडियो भी चैनल पर उपलब्ध है। धन्यवाद।
डॉ साब मेरी बेटी को वजन कम करना है। इस वर्ष उसका वजन करीब २५ किलो बढ़ गया है। WFH के कारण। कृपया उसके लिये डाइट बतायें।treatment बतायें।

Har aanaj ke apne fayde nuksaan hai. Hame samajdhar hona hai aur aadat kisi ki bhi nahin dalni, sab rotation pe lene hain jabardast fayde honge.
🙏 डॉक्टर साहेब बाजार खाणेसे ना शरीर में गर्मी बढती हे ओर शौचालय के संदर्भ में जैसे बध्दकोष्ठता की तकलीफ होती है और खून भी आता है बाजार तो खाणे को बहुत पसंत है तो इलाज बताये

Bajra sirf weight ghatene ke liye hi achha nahin hai aur bhi to fayde hain. Aapka weight gain ke liye bhi acha hai, matra badhani padegi.

Bilkul kha sakte hai. Aapki sugar ko control karne mein bhi sahayak rahega. Dheere dheere shurvat Karen. Bajre ke saath sabji aur salad badhayen. Pani bhi ache se piye. Khud mahsus Karen fayde kewal 30 din mein.

Shuruat mein Aisa kar sakte hain. Behtar rahega kuch samay gehun band kar sirf bajra khayen. Sharir ko jyada fayde honge. Salad aur Pani bhi badhayen bajra ke saath. Dhanyavad.

Bilkul kha sakte hain, unke liye khichri ya fermented bajra jyada accha hai. Thodi matra mein survat karen. Ekdam se jyada na khayen. Dheere dheere matra badhyen, aant ko adjust hone den. Fayda milega. Agar bahut jyada dikat hai to doctor se salah kar dawa lein. Jab control ho java tab dhere aheere start karen. Dhaniyavad.

Rabdi is a north Indian fermented drink especially famous in Haryana and Rajasthan. It's made from thick bajra flour and buttermilk with cooking on medium flame in the night and than kept for resting. In the morning and afternoon is mixed with butter milk and used in breakfast or lunch especially in summers.

बाजरे की खिचड़ी लें व साथ में सलाद। बाजरे की मात्रा धीरे धीरे बढ़ाएं। शुरू में एक समय ही लें। बाजरा इस्तेमाल करते हुए पानी भी बढ़ाना चाहिए जैसे कि विडियो में बताया भी है। सर्जरी के डाक्टर से भी जरूर मिलें व मल द्वार का निरीक्षण करायें। धन्यवाद।

Le sakte hain par niyantrit matra mein. Bhut jyada bajra thyroid mein nuksaan kar sakta hai agar hamara khane ka pattern theek v santulit nahin hai to. issliye din mein ek bar lein, thoda thoda nuksaan nahin honge. Diet bhi santulit jarur karen.

बाजरे के अन्दर खूब उर्जा है, इसलिए सर्दी में अच्छे से इस्तेमाल करें। गर्मी में कम इस्तेमाल करें। आपको तकलीफ़ हो रही है तो थोड़े दिन इसको इस्तेमाल ना करें या कम करें। दिन में दही का इस्तेमाल करें, फायदा होगा। धन्यवाद।
बाजरा खाने में अच्छा है लेकिन कब्ज की शिकायत बाजार खाते ही हो जाती है

Namasjkar ji. Aapne ne dawa v homeopathy doctor ke baare mein to likha hai par mein shamma cahata hoon mein homeopathic doctor nahin hoon aur na ye dawa janta hoon. Agar aapko taklif jyada hai to kripya online chod doctor se milenge to jyada accha rahega jis marji doctor mein aap vishwas karte hain. Dhaniyavad.

यूरिक एसिड सब में बनता है। अगर आपको तकलीफ़ है और आपके शरीर में ज्यादा बनता है तो आपको प्रोटीन को नियंत्रित करने की जरूरत है। 100 ग्राम तक बाजार लें सकते हो। दालें भी नियंत्रित करें अच्छा रहेगा। धन्यवाद।
