Agar liver pehle hi bahut kam kaam kar raha hai aur aap bahut jyada karela ka istemal karte hain to dikat jarur ho sakti hai. Jyadatar medical literature mein bhi karela ki aisi koi liver toxicity nahin batayi gai. Dhanyawad.

    Thanks for your feedback, try keeping a small footrest below your feet. Adjust footrest height according to knee pain comfort in such situation this will also better than simply sitting in chair style on western commode. Thanks.
