Beetroot is a root vegetable which is known as beta vulgaris in medical terms.
It's 100 grams contain 88% water,1.19 mg of iron,10 mg of vitamin c ,1.6 gram of protein,9.6 gram of carbohydrate and 0.2 gram of fats.
Beetroot use is good for weight loss and also helps those suffering from anaemia . Beetroot is also good for skin health.
