DAY 1: NOTICE IT
Bringing your awareness to the way you're thinking and talking to and about yourself.
Something I forgot to mention here is that sometimes self talk is the story we tell ourselves. When something happens and we fill in the blanks.
You don't get the job and you think we'll I must not be good enough - perhaps there was just someone better suited.
You have a disagreement and you start unraveling everything, catastrophising even. Maybe the other person is just going through something.
Sometimes self-talk is simple and straightforward, easy to recognise and other times it's more sneaky, it's the story we allow ourselves to tell ourselves.
