Healing your inner voice Day2

DAY 2: QUESTION IT
We've brought our awareness to the conversation happening inside of us and also to the way we talk about ourselves.
Today we are digging a little deeper, we're questioning where this came from, if it's true and how it might be holding us back.
When you catch that inner critic in action just take a quick moment to do this. Sometimes the simple question not is it true is enough to root out this weed.
To notice hey, this isn't true and it's actually holding me back and I can choose differently. I can choose to rewrite the story I'm telling myself.
PRO TIP: when you choose differently you can start by flipping it to the opposite of what you thought - then make it BELIEVABLE.
Example: I'm not very good at managing my time BECOMES I'm trying out new ways of managing my time
Or
I never have any time for myself BECOMES I'm starting to notice little gaps in my day that I can use for myself.
Keep rewording yourself until you find what feels good, something that you can believe and really get on board with.
