After working in psychiatry (as a nurse) for over 20 years, I took Hypnosis, became a clinical Hypnotherapist, a clinical RTT Practitioner, as well as a Somatic Trauma informed coach. Hypnosis was the first form of psychoanalysis. It is empowering for the client.

I have Social phobia (fearing others) to an extreme degree, like 1000%. It remains up to 40% through meditation. Please do an episode on this.

I learned about hypnosis Through a book by Charles Henderson. I learned I learn self hypnosis and it's been a huge help to me. Unfortunately I lost that book and I can't find another copy. and I think the title was just self hypnosis. If anyone knows where I can get another copy please let me know.

As fascinated as I am with hypnosis, the good doctor came across as being smug. Perhaps he has hypnotized himself into believing he is better than other people.

Still so beneficial. He’s top of the top anyway in hypnotherapy let alone highest degree in the land from highest institutions. That’s credibility and if it comes with super confidence, so be it. Docs have tremendous backgrounds and experience to heal. This one is beyond most.
