Such a beautiful looking retreat! My heart is in facilitating retreats as well. My first is coming up and Im so looking forward to more in the future. One day maybe we will collab on one. Glad to see you doing well in your new home. Thanks again for the event in San Diego October 2021. It helped me pivot when I was needing to.

I used to watch alyse religiously when she lived in Hawaii years ago. This isn’t meant to be mean but it’s interesting how less vibrant and thriving she looks.. her energy.. her shortness of breath. Just interesting how much diets change and maybe getting older.. she used to beam! I even saw her once on Hawaii but was too shy to say hello and she was beautiful.
