En mi caso es una ratito q al es harto esta música trepa por mi espalda y se acomoda en mi hombro derecho . Luego de 5,7 minutos se va y regresa con tres ratitos más y trepan a mi cuerpo y escuchan unas dos hs hasta quedarse dormidas. Esto ocurre todos los días desde hace unos dos años.....

I'm praying for you and your son. Vibrations of love and hugs being sent out to you. I have had terrible anxiety and I start out the day talking to God and asking Him for strength and for calm and peace in my heart and mind. And I feel like just acknowledging every time I feel better than I did the day before helps. God says Be anxious for nothing. God will deliver you out of all your troubles. So let's start there. Even if you still feel anxious when saying it. Just keep practicing it. And I will be asking the Lord to deliver you from your worries. You are loved. May God comfort your heart and your mind with peace, calm, and joy. I ask in Jesus name Lord. Amen ❤️ 🙏

La Bibbia spiega perché il mondo è pieno di problemi, ma non solo: dice anche che questi problemi sono temporanei e presto spariranno. Grazie alle promesse della Bibbia possiamo avere un futuro e una speranza.
