Look on the back side of the front knuckle and you will find the snap ring.

Yes. I realized I was wrong on that. On the parts diagram it shows it on the outside and on my turbo RZR it’s on the outside. That was wrong on my part. Still way over torqued a lot of stuff. I just took the beadlocks apart that were on it and they were not even close to torque specs. I learned a lesson.

BUILD YOUR OWN GROUND UP.

Unfortunately when you're buying a used machine there's no way to start digging into somebody's piece of equipment before you buy it, you usually discover all the problems once you get it home.

Yes. It is. I have also since this video learned that I was wrong on some of the stuff also. I guess I live and learn.

Both of my RS1 were purchased used and have turned out fine. I would make sure to not rush the purchase of ANY SxS. Take your time and make sure you go over the unit if purchasing used…

1) He put washers on backwards 🥴 Ring 2.0 come with 2 washers. And yes, it is always best to go over everything for your own ~ others safety. Establish wear and tear and to establish a baseline on maintenance. What A arms n bushings are being used ? Do you know the fabricator of cage ? What gearing are you going with for new tires ? 22 with everything being over torqued? How much damage could one guy cause? Was anything manufacture?

Gotta love the title. Bashing RS 1 and then coming out and saying things are installed incorrectly by the previous owner…….. your beef is with the previous owner dude! WTF………..I’d say all this shit is your fault for not checking everything before you bought it.

thanks.. I guerss I never really thought of my wording on the title good enough. Good point. I relally dont think I was bashing at all but, oh well. Really all I was trying to say was to look over everything.

I have actually since found out that some did come with 2 washers instead of the 1 thick washer. They were however way over torqued. I guess I learned a bit about this also.

I dont get why ex owner with si few miles had so many things off???

But Polaris is garbeg Out of the Box. Need to spent further 5K to make it durabel. So there is No need to buy new. Expcept of the mileage of the engine
