Amazing stuff - I've tried all sorts in the past, drill discs, wipes, etc. and all were dreadful. I've just tried the Turtle Wax and it's completely transformed my 13 year old headlights.
Tried it on both my Peugeot and Ford, works like a charm, I'm honestly mad at myself that I didn't find/buy that earlier. 10/10
I tried this and it really works. Good stuff.
Love this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tried it on my 15 years old ford fiesta, works like a charm. Good job Turtle Wax
I used the RainX cleaner only ( no kit with any pads or sealer ) to clean my headlights and they came out great...can I put regular Turtle paste car wax over the lens now , to give it some UV protection?....thanks
This really works !:)
Really quality product
It works, tks for engineering!

how long did it last until yellowing again
Yellowish colour removed, but scratches are still there. Compared from before on my 12 years old car, for 10 euros bottle, am happy.

How long does the effect last before you need to re-apply it?
Do I need to use this Compound and after that use Headlight Restore Kit?

I have same question , yesterday i did it with headlight restoration , can i use now this ?
Can I apply this to my brand new headlights and how often do I need to apply it to keep it protected from yellowing?

Okay I bought this product and want to make something clear. It’s not a problem if your headlights get yellow, because it’s actually not your headlight but it’s the protection that gets yellow. This product removes the protection and seals a new protection from what I get. It’s not as long lasting as a kit with sandpaper and new protection so I think that if you have a few extra bucks you will like the kit more than this. I would not buy this though until your headlights get yellow. When that happens you can rub the yellow off with the sandpaper and put a new protection on it. I hop this helped!

@@furkan10ky I think this would work great with any new headlights..I watched Scotty kilmer video about this product and from what I've seen it do work well on a set of new headlights..he also mentioned all you need to do is apply it like 3 or 4 times a year which is about once every 3 months or every 4 months so on that note I think I'll be giving it a try..

@@trini_boi2414 Okay, give it a try. The car I bought it for was of my mom and she said that it wasn't needed even though the headlights were very yellow. Of cours it won't be bad to apply it on new headlights. I just thought that you wouldn't see any difference. Just give it a try ;)

Yes but i don't think the coating in here is strong enough i apply Seal'N shine improved formula after cleaning my headlights and it works wonders seal n shine also helps to make it easier for me to wash bugs off my car and headlights, and last upto 3 to 4 months for me. Any good ceramic spray or sealant will get the job done.

@@ibj3 I use both now: this sealant and the ceramic spray coating. This should do the trick
Does this stuff actually offer UV protection? Because I don't want to be restoring my car's headlights again in a year.
It didn't work out for me.
Well, tried mine today and at least 90% clear on first application. Will have another go in the week. Will a motorised polisher be more affective?

The easiest and best stuff to use. Step 1 car wash. Step 2 take a couple of paper towels from car wash bathroom. Step 3 Buff the headlights to a clear and beautiful shine. Tips: Wear gloves. The oxidation comes off as orange stain on the paper towel, so you can tell if more paper towels are needed. It's much easier and quicker 10mins, if you re-apply before oxidization starts to build-up again which is about 6 months for me. Tipping the guys wiping your car at the carwash to do this for you might get them in trouble so don't do that. It's very easy. Even I can do it.
Use the Turtle Wax ceramic spray coating as a finishing step👍🏼

This also works as a sealant and UV protector (only if needed). I had my headlights professionally restored and have been using only this product since and they still look new a good while later.
Just ordered a 300ml bottle ... I hope it works.

@@rafilahmed2013 Yes It does. You've got to keep polishing until it's dry. Press firmly and you'll see yellow oxidisation comming off. First treatment is good. Second treatment even better ... Third treatment almost like new. I use strong kitchen paper and clean after the car has been cleaned and a microfiber cloth to polish headlamps. It seems to last too 👍

Hope this works on my Honda crv (2006) as I have a passenger light that's a bit faded and I want to prevent it getting worse. Faded and yellowed lights are illegal here in the UK and can cause your car to fail it's MOT (that's really bad because then you can't drive your car on the road).
